Would love better communication with the staff on them knowing when technicians go to lunch, had called earlier to see if I can drop my vehicle earl but said they would all be at lunch from a certain time knowing when technicians go to lunch, had called earlier to see if I can drop my vehicle earl but said they would all be at lunch from a certain time so waited till they would show up but when I got to the dealership, they gave me a different story that they were about to go to lunch. Took almost 2 1/2 hours to be completed. Was given the choice of being dropped off at home which was nice so I did. Other than that it was a good experience. More
