I have taken my Infiniti QX60 to this service center in Monrovia since the car was purchased in 2014. I have received quality service throughout the years confirmed my my continued loyalty to this service Monrovia since the car was purchased in 2014. Benjamin Gutierrez deserves recognition as he is always kind and goes out of his way to ensure quality service. I am aware that this service center is now under new ownership and is now Sierra Infiniti of Monrovia. This past Saturday, 09/30/23, I was assisted by Veronica. I took my car in for an oil change and asked if Sierra of Monrovia had any current service specials as they often do. I was told by Veronica that there were no specials at this time, I would receive a mailer if there were specials in place. I came home and opened my mailbox to a mailer that offered 50% off for oil change. I was and am very frustrated because being a loyal customer for the past 9 years if it was known that there was a current special in place that was going to be offered/ sent to customers the very day that I had my car serviced, it would have been nice to have been offered the special at the time I had my car serviced. It has made me re-evaluate if I will continue bringing my car in for service. More
