Very pleased with the service we received from Bob and everyone else at ShowLow Ford. The dealing on the price was very surprising as it was quick and presented to us as a very fair price. There was no ha everyone else at ShowLow Ford. The dealing on the price was very surprising as it was quick and presented to us as a very fair price. There was no hard pressure Applied on purchasing the vehicle. Even more pleasant was signing the paperwork with the finance manager. The complete deal was done in 15 minutes. This is the way all purchases of a vehicle should be done. A great dealership to do business with. John & Anne More

I had an appt at 11 to have my truck serviced for a PVC valve replacement. We dropped it and left for lunch. At 12 when we returned, it still hadn't been taken back. I asked and they said about 130. I had valve replacement. We dropped it and left for lunch. At 12 when we returned, it still hadn't been taken back. I asked and they said about 130. I had to be somewhere else at 1 so I mentioned that. Within 15 minutes it was back and I got it back about 1. But why make an appt if you can't get it in at the time of the appt. 2 days later, the check engine light comes back on for a week. I stop to have to diagnose it since this was the previous issue and the young man at the counter tells me it would be 4 hours before they can check it, even though it was the same issue I had the previous week. Frustrated to say the least. More

We became stranded in Slow Low over 4th of July weekend due to a burnt-through transmission shifter cable. After contacting my insurance company for Roadside Assistance, Mike from Navapache Towing stopped due to a burnt-through transmission shifter cable. After contacting my insurance company for Roadside Assistance, Mike from Navapache Towing stopped by to assist. An truly awesome guy! Together we determined the issue and he helped us to a spot at an RV park. Mike suggested I contact Slow Low Ford for assistance, and I ask for either Bob or McKenzie. I then contacted my RV warranty company for further direction and they too suggested I contact a Ford Dealership for assistance. So today, I contacted the Service Department and asked to speak with either Bob or McKenzie. When McKenzie answered, I explained my issue and she went to talk with her manager. When she returned, she explained they do not work on RV’s. Oh, ok... I stated this was on a ford chassis and the OEM cable was the issue, the same cable used on a regular E450. She then provided a couple of local RV repair shops for which I’ve already connected (they too directed me to Slow Low Ford). She then became very rube and abrupt in her tone. Each time I started to explain, she interrupted and stated ‘we don’t work on RV’s!’. Ok, I got that. I was trying to see if I could order the part (price, availability) since whomever would be working on my RV would need the part. Well, she either hung up on me or we were disconnected. But never called me back. I then called back and I believe Elliott? answered the phone. I again explained my situation and he stated he would get together with McKenzie and get back with me.... well, I’m still waiting for Elliott. While I’m writing this review, I received a call back from Bob (from my original message). He stated the same, but offered to assist me with the parts department and finding a reliable shop to work with. Hopefully his suggestion is good, but he never transferred me to the Parts Department. Being a Ford owner most of my 63 years, I have never felt so unimportant by a Ford Service Department. All I was asking for was assistance since EVERYONE I spoke with in Slow Low directed me to you. The most disheartening piece to this... we are in Show Low looking for retirement property. Not sure now if we’re making the right decision since I own two Ford vehicles. Update..... I called the Show Low Ford parts department today and order the parts. And I also found someone who is willing to work on my RV,; Williams Brothers Auto. What a blessing!! Interesting point; not one repair business I contacted recommended Williams Brothers for RV repair. That in itself is a small-town embarrassment. Might want to update your business recommendations to insure the $$$ remain in Show Low. More
