We very recently purchased 2 new vehicles from Show Low and highly recommend this dealership and especially sales associate Royal Deal (and yes, that is his real name). We purchased a new vehicle back in 2017 and Royal was exceptional. He is very knowledgeable, helpful, professional and friendly. There was no pressure, he worked with us and we came away with a nice vehicle and a deal we were happy with. Fast forward to this February/March, it was time to trade in and move up. We went back to see Royal at Show Low Ford. We received the same excellent service and are now happy owners of 2 new Ford vehicles. Oh and Mark Herrera in Finance is excellent too. He is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. More

I took my 2016 Ford Edge to Showlow Ford for an oil change and tire rotation and told the check in person I would wait in the waiting room. I asked how long it would take and was told about an hour aft change and tire rotation and told the check in person I would wait in the waiting room. I asked how long it would take and was told about an hour after they drove it into the shop. This was at 8:15 AM. I got the car back at about 9:25 AM and found a half inch of snow on the car. The snow started at about 8:45 AM, therefore I assume the car was done at least a half hour before they informed me it was ready. There were two other customers in the waiting room. One was given a curtesy ride home shortly after I arrived. The other was contacted several times of the progress on her vehicle. I felt as if I was very unimportant to theim. More
