Process to get maintenance started on my Ford Escape was fairly prompt, only had to wait five minutes for an advisor. Very disappointed with completion time, waiting around an hour and happen to look out fairly prompt, only had to wait five minutes for an advisor. Very disappointed with completion time, waiting around an hour and happen to look outside to see my vehicle. Not sure how long it was sitting out there, but no one notified me it was ready. This process needs to be improved, since there is no reason for a customer to wait any longer than necessary. I approached one of the service advisors, who by the way is new, and said it looks like my car is ready. He said he was just about to let me know that, huh!! Any way the lady advisor had to help him complete the paperwork. He finally completed it and went over everything with me, including the fact that I showed a low tire pressure, but he said pressure was fine. So when will the system reset itself?? Got no answer, he just showed me to the cashier. This low tire pressure light is still on and based on the information I found on youtube, the sensor has to be bad, since it is suppose to reset itself once you drive for around 10 minutes. Very disappointed that they would not replace the sensor. More

Bob was great. We were looking for a specific truck and after waiting 2 months he never forgot about us. He was on the phone with me before it was even unloaded off the truck. We didn’t by our Expedition from them, but we do our service with them. McKenzie always tries to get our service at a time we can get it there. This last service was for a part install and she was prett service with them. McKenzie always tries to get our service at a time we can get it there.
