When I came to the dealership I was in quite a predicament.. While on our way from Texas to California we got in a horrible accident with an elk right outside of Show Low. And I believe I was taken advantage of. Less than 2 weeks after purchasing this car, I learned that it needs a new motor. There was no maintenance done to this car at all and I was not informed of several of the problems. I have been in contact with the dealership and they have not returned my calls. I really hope this gets resolved and I will change my review. More

Showlow Ford went out of their way to get me a vehicle of my dreams. I didn't have enough down deposit available, but they still went out of their way and worked with me on a great option. Mostly good people, but service costs just keep going up. My last service they tried to stick me with unnecessary and unasked for air filters ($200). Took 1/2 hr to resolve. I'd love to know what the diesel and basic oil tech make per hour, with Ford charging $140/hr diesel tech (was $100, then $120 now $140) The oil tech $60/hr. Probably makes $25/hr ?? !! More
