I was looking for a particular vehicle (2016-19 Ford F-150 Lariat, ego-boos Quite frankly I was surprised at the professionalism of your sales staff. I was looking for a particular vehicle (2016-19 Ford F-150 Lariat, ego-boost, FX-4, RUBY RED WITH TAN INTERIOR. Bob Flaherty found the truck and I bought it on the spot. I already owned a Ruby Red shell camper and Decked drawer unit plus the tan Weather Tech floor mats and a tan dashboard cover Bob was able to save me several thousand dollars PLUS Bob personally picked up the camper shell and drawer system from the towing company and installed both for me. Bob also helped me return my rental car. Needless to say I am a Show Low Ford customer for life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Like to give a "shout out" to Mark in fiancé. Took the time to make sure I understood everything since I was only financing the vehicle until the insurance check came in from my auto accident. More

I only received 1 key for the vehicle and the dealership would not include a second key in the desk, second key costs approx. $400-500. Friendly, but evidently geared towards a lot of paper about the vehicle condition WITHOUT necessarily doing things like find out what the recommended tire pressures are. They trotted out their allegedly about the vehicle condition WITHOUT necessarily doing things like find out what the recommended tire pressures are. They trotted out their allegedly comprehensive form, and proudly informed me the oil abd filter were changed and the tire pressures had been checked and were good at 35 psi. Problem is, the door sticker says 39 psi, and then the "service advisor" wanted to argue about it. I had to drag him out to my truck and show him. I can't say whether they were incompetent, or just lazily checking boxes on a form, but I'm still trying to figure out whether to ever return. More
