The dealership actually went way out of their way to get the car I wanted with the options and color I asked for. In fact they went all the way from Romeo Michigan to Cleveland Ohio to get just the right car. The car was delivered in flawless condition, and all the options were explained to me. This was the best car sales experience I have ever had. I will be a repeat customer for sure. More
This is my 3rd Kia and Nick and the Whole Team there along with Brandon and Fern Helped me get into my New Hybird. It took me 1 week to make up my mind. Nick's only concern was to get me in the correct car that would make me happy! so if i needed to drive every car then he was all in just to make shure i would be happy. This Dealer ship is bar far the best i have ever been to Even the Service dept is Great Terry over always takes in my Ford and had it fixed in no time again i give this team a A+++ and 5 Plus stars go vist and see what were all saying these guys rock. We went to Serra Kia in Washington Twp MI, Saturday November 23 2013. We wanted to just look and we had a list of 3 other dealerships that we wanted to visit that day as well. We had no intention of November 23 2013. We wanted to just look and we had a list of 3 other dealerships that we wanted to visit that day as well. We had no intention of purchasing a vehice that day. Our plan was to look and go home and discuss it. When we arrived at Serra, Brandon was out the door and greeting us immediately. He was friendly and very knowledgeable but not at all pushy. Infact, he acted like we were long time friends he hadn't seen in awhile. He offered more information than I could think to ask. Brandon offered for us to take the Soul for a ride. I didnt think I would like it but I found it to be roomier than I imagined it would be and it was very comfortable. I drove a stick shift and it was real easy even though I hadn't driven one in many years. Brandon was wonderful when it came to running our background check. My husband, who is real gruff , tried to give Brandon a little trouble. Brandon handled him so well. Brandon stayed calm and ask my husband a few questions making him think about what he was saying and rethink his plans. My husband wanted to go to the other dealerships and see what they have. Brandon ask him why. He asked my husband what he expects to find at another dealership. He also told my husband that whatever we want, he can get. My husband didn't know what to come back at him with. He is usually argumentive but he just smiled at Brandon, speechless Before I knew it, my husband was signing papers and purchasing the Kia Soul I test drove. I love it. Brandon and Dave gave us so much information, Brandon cleaned the car up for us himself. They showed me how the phone and radio works and sent us away with a full tank of gas. Dave called me yesterday to ask if I am happy with the car and I told him I am having issues with the phone. He told me to bring it in and they will look at it. He said he leaves at 6:00 p.m. but when I go there after 6:00, he was still there and he located Brandon for me. I appreciate that they are there for me even after the sale. If I buy another car, it will be from Brandon at Serra Kia. More
Fernando allowed me to take a new Kia Optima Hybrid home, take my wife for a test drive and let her drive it. We had test driven the Chevrolet Volt and Ford Fusion before driving the Kia. Both the Volt and Fusion felt "stripped down"; no driver's power seat, no "bells and whistles", but both cost more than the Kia. We bought the Kia and are very happy. It has voice-activated phone and radio/MP3 controls, dual zone climate control, comfort with luxury touches, and cost less than either of the competition. We are getting 37 mpg so far, very close to the published 38 mpg figure. Dave, the sales manager, figured a way to get us out of our current lease which had 9 months remaining for less than half of what either the Chevy or Ford dealer offered. Overall our experience with Serra Kia has been great. More
The dealership acknowledged us as we walked in the door. Immediately offered us coffee and donuts, keys to look in or test drive a vehicle and the pizza delivery man came in and they offered us lunch. Wow! Brandon had a customer but put us at ease that he would take care of us soon. He was recommended by a friend; and I could certainly see why. He is soft spoken, not pushy and didn't even make suggestions. It was my son who finally told Brandon which car he was interested in and Brandon showed him what it would take to get it. Brandon used every possible avenue to get my son the car he wanted. He made several suggestions of how he could stay in his budget and and got several staff members involved in the closing of the sale. Brandon explained so much I forgot 50% of what he said, but assured me he would be available to explain anything that we didn't understand at any time. He said we are family now, gave me coupons for future services and my son is a proud owner of a KiA Soul, He loves it, I have one, my daughter has one and now my son has one. Hope there is enough colors to keep the whole family happy!!!!! I look forward to having all my Kia's serviced there. I am just sorry I didn't buy my Kia Soul from Brandon..But my next one will be. More

He was friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and answered all my questions. I turned in my old lease, leased a new Optima and everything was done in just one visit. Brandon walked me through everything and was able to work out a great deal at a great price, and I couldn't be happier. I would (and have) recommended this dealership to anyone. More

Brandon Foreman was the only reason I walked into Serra Kia to purchase a new vehicle. I dealt with Brandon years ago and unfortunately lost track of him until recently. Based on my prior experience with Brandon I knew he would give me an honest opinion. I explained my current hellish situation with a vehicle I purchased 2 years ago from Parkway Chrysler (that dealership is a TRAGEDY!) and asked Brandon if there was anything he could do for me to get me out of that car. He listened to exactly what I wanted from style to price and within a day had a solution that addressed all of my needs and was able to get me into a new 2013 Kia Optima Hybrid. I literally gave him "mission impossible" and he made the entire experience from start to finish a dream. I have over 15 years management experience in high-end luxury retail sales running a 15 million dollar business and can confidently say Brandon is by far the best sales professional I have ever experienced. In addition, the dealership is gorgeous and very welcoming. Brandon spoke very highly of upper management which solidified for me that I was purchasing a vehicle from a competent organization. I hope upper management continues to take the time to appreciate and recognize Brandon's many talents. I know if given the opportunity I would. Great expierence. If you want the no non sense guy when you buy a car see Brandon. He won't BS you on price. We got lots of perks with our car like oil changes n car washes.
