I always have my service work done at W-M and have come to expect good service and respect. I bought my first car in 1971 and have always counted on W-M To guide me regarding my vehicle. I took a test dr to expect good service and respect. I bought my first car in 1971 and have always counted on W-M To guide me regarding my vehicle. I took a test drive with Wayne Weber Sat. and will buy another Buick in the future. If the service failed my expectations I'd be the first in line with a complaint and get the problem resolved. I was having brake problems with my Wife's 2006 LaCrosse. The problem was diagnosed as front brake rotors out of round. I was having oil consumption problems with my GMC Sierrra. I talked with Dan and he did some checking with GM. They were having oil consumption problems with the type of motor in my truck. There was Sierrra. I talked with Dan and he did some checking with GM. They were having oil consumption problems with the type of motor in my truck. There was 98,000 miles on the engine. Dan was able to work with GM and they agreed to pay half of the cost of the ring and piston replacement. I am very appreciative of Dan's efforts in helping me with this problem. The service people and techs at Worden Martin are very good. I would recommend them to anyone for service and sales. They are a first class organization. Thanks Again!! More
When the service dept at my dealer said that my electric power steering motor went out I looked up the part and found that GM would replace it free. Had to come in and have my SUV looked at due to a noise it was making when driving. I dropped off my SUV on Monday and was able to pick it back up by the middle of the next day. I was also offered a rental it was making when driving. I dropped off my SUV on Monday and was able to pick it back up by the middle of the next day. I was also offered a rental car at no charge which was really helpful. I was given a call later that afternoon from Chad and he told of the issue that they had figured out why the noise was happening. Also I was notified by Chad about another issue with my car that was noted by GM of the rear breaks having issues. GM covered half of the break issue on my SUV which was a nice thing for them to do. Over all I must say that when I come in and deal with Chad he always goes above and beyond his job to help me get what every issues I have fixed as fast as he can. I can see Chad doing so much more than the job that he does if only he were giving a chance or opportunity. More
The headlights on my wife's Buick LaCrosse were not working and she asked if I could have the service department at Worden-Martin take a look at it. I drove to W-M and Dan Hildenbrand took me right awa working and she asked if I could have the service department at Worden-Martin take a look at it. I drove to W-M and Dan Hildenbrand took me right away. The service team located the problem and within a few minutes they had replaced the headlight module (relay) and I was on my way home. The price was reasonable and I have always found the service at Worden-Martin to be prompt, professional and precise. More
