When I was notified by my serviced advisor George that my battery was "low", he told me it would be a $200 charge for a new one-- yet the bill shows 147.05 (including 24.95 labor). Was the $29.95 charge added to the battery price? This also does not match up with your web site "Service Menu" as it shows "Battery replacement" for $119.
