It was a bit confusing to follow the charges quoted; the menu on your website, and the actual bill in the end. I will try to explain: The oil change advertised for 39.95 with $10 coupon- 29.95-- yet on my b menu on your website, and the actual bill in the end. I don't know if my tires were rotated or the inspection was done because I don't have the sheet with my bill to show that the work was completed. Can you tell me if it was? Secondly-- the website shows "free battery test"-- yet my bill shows a charge of $29.95 for the test, and I did purchase a battery. When I was notified by my serviced advisor George that my battery was "low", he told me it would be a $200 charge for a new one-- yet the bill shows 147.05 (including 24.95 labor). Was the $29.95 charge added to the battery price? This also does not match up with your web site "Service Menu" as it shows "Battery replacement" for $119. If you can figure all of this out-- you call me and please explain it to me. More
