I recently moved to Champaign from a small town a couple hours away. I drove a big time gas guzzler and needed to find something more fuel efficient within my price range. Before I could even get inside t hours away. I drove a big time gas guzzler and needed to find something more fuel efficient within my price range. Before I could even get inside the building to find a sales person to help me Kurtis came out of the building asking if there was anything he could help me with. I gave him some ideas of what I was looking for in a car, and also my desired price range. He was very knowledgeable of the cars they had in stock and was quick to suggest them. We looked 10-20 used cars that fit the bill, and eventually came across a Chrysler 300 which is a car I've wanted for a long time. The price on it was very nice and after a test drive pretty much decided on getting it. We went back to his desk where he provided a water for me, which was awesome because it was pretty hot that day. After a little talking and getting some numbers together I was sent over to Scott Miller's desk. He was able to walk me through several scenarios for various lengths of financing and interest rates. It was pretty late in the day when I left the dealership so we exchanged numbers and Scott let me know very early the next day that I had been approved for a loan and could pick up the car that evening. Overall, I was super happy with Kurtis and Scott. They were both extremely helpful and I've already recommended them to several of my friends. They really went out of their way to not just sell me a car, but sell me the car I wanted at a price I could afford! More

Bought the car at W-M 8/18/2005 w/ 11,529 miles on it. I now have 44379 miles on it and W-M has replaced the rotors 2 times (so they say) replaced the brakes once and now the brakes are metal to metal, the now have 44379 miles on it and W-M has replaced the rotors 2 times (so they say) replaced the brakes once and now the brakes are metal to metal, the rotors are shot. Service guy said this is NOT normal wear and tear (warrenty, of course it over). Told him I was going to talk to GM about fixing due to past problems with the brakes. Asked if he would tell GM the same thing he told me - not usual wear and tear. He said, definately. Well, low and behold, I contacted GM, they contact him - he told them - this is normal wear and tear! Can you believe it? Less than 50,000 in 4 years, two sets of brakes, 3 sets or rotors and this is "normal wear and tear'?! NOT. This isn't the only issue I've had with them. The gas mileage in this car has never met what the sticker on the car said. The sticker said 27 town 33 highway - which is what caught our eye with the car (and price). The car is lucky to get 30 on the highway and on a really good fill up might sweeze 23 mpg in town. I have 11 pages of maintenance complaints/repairs - better yet, I have 11 pages (their printout) of complaints and 8 pages worth of "nothing found" "Could not duplicate problem". I took my car to another shop to fix the brakes. They were upset with what W-M said to me and the estimate they gave me. This shop replaced my brakes and rotors, put new tires all around, aligned and performed an oil change for 1/2 of what W-M was going to charge me for just the brakes!!!! Now I have brakes on the car guaranteed for 60,000 miles and tires guaranteed for 65,000 miles. I always took the car in myself for repairs, one day, my husband went in with me and I could not believe the difference in how I was treated! I was treated like everything I said was of utmost importance when in the past I was treated like I was incoveniencing them! I tried to always be very nice and polite. You get more with sugar than vinigar...Not with W-M. This last time I was in there (this brake issue) while waiting in the waiting room there were 3 other people getting various minors things done ie. oil changes, tires rotated etc. The service reps came to each of them with "major" repairs that needed done. Stating it was "dangerous" to drive the car without the repairs. The repairs they quoted these folks were in the thousands of dollars!!! When they came to talk to me, they pulled me out of the waiting room to discuss the repairs that were needed for my car. A person I work with takes their cars there - their husband knows the mechanics and service guys, have known them for years.... her husband took their daughters car in, they told him that ALL the fluids in the car needed to be replaced as they had broken down from the car sitting unused for so long. The car sat for less than 2 months. I spoke with numerous mechanics and they had never heard of anything so rediculous! One time their daughter took her own car in and they treated her like crap and like she was crazy, however, they did say the car needed a lot of repairs, again thousands of dollars worth of work. Will I ever take any of my cars back there - NOT A CHANCE! Will I recommend them to anyone for sales or service - NOT A CHANCE! If W-M were the last place on earth to take my car to get it fixed, I wouldn't take it to them. I'll take mechanics courses and do the repairs myself first! More
I've been here once to get my clutch repaired among other things, and they told me I also needed to replace my thermostat housing, because it was leaking. I ended up not getting that job done here, and a cou things, and they told me I also needed to replace my thermostat housing, because it was leaking. I ended up not getting that job done here, and a couple of weeks later when I went to get it checked out at another place, they tried very hard to find a leak and couldn't find it at all. So now I'm wondering how much more of the work they did was unnecessary. More
I got my car serviced here for the first time. When I called them earlier to schedule an appointment, they were very rude. They had told me and it also stated on the the bill that the routine service(oil called them earlier to schedule an appointment, they were very rude. They had told me and it also stated on the the bill that the routine service(oil/oil filter change) come with a car wash and vacuum. When I got my car back, the car was not washed, neither was it vacuumed. This makes me doubt whether they even changed the oil and oil filter like they were supposed to. I am very disappointed and would not recommend this dealership to anyone! More
I have gotten service from Worden Martin fo some six years. Although there have been a few times when I had to return for a second fix, in general the service has been excellent and the few times a retu years. Although there have been a few times when I had to return for a second fix, in general the service has been excellent and the few times a return visit was required the repair was quick and cheerful - and of course free. I have dealt with 3 mechanics over the 6 years and all were capable and friendly. Prices have been reasonable and many minor matters were on a no charge basis. I bought my car (pre-owned) from this agency in '02, have had all my service there and all my dealings have been satisfactory. Several of my friends have also told me they patronize W-M and that they concur with my feelings. More
The service department at this dealership had made at least 5 different errors while performing a 30,000 mile service on my vehicle. As a result, the engine overheated and may have been damaged. 5 mont least 5 different errors while performing a 30,000 mile service on my vehicle. As a result, the engine overheated and may have been damaged. 5 months later, I still have not received a refund, independent inspection, or warranty coverage. The general manager has been less than straightforward, and I am afraid that legal action is my only recourse. More
