They will keep on xxxxxxx $$ from you. My problem started with an ABS light for which they claimed there were 3 sensors that went bad at same time, then the ABS computer and now the hub also went bad. Brought a car for scheduled service, the woman at the service reception was rude and obnoxious. Stike one.We were told that they could not honor the appointment. Strike two. He had the General Manager call me. Strike three. To add insult to injury, both the General Manager and the owner would not return my repeated calls. I bought two cars here in the past. Never again. I contacted this dealership for service in July 2012 and the service manager asked for my contact information since the computer system was down. Needless to say, I'm still waiting. I went to Seaview after leaving Buhler Jeep, at the suggestion of a friend. We met with JT and told him exactly what I was looking for and what a I had to work with. I brought my 2011 Grand Cherokee for a 'check engine' light and transmission issue. The service agent said they would not be able to look at it for two days, but I left the car anyway. On the second day I got a call saying they would not be able to get to my car for two weeks, at which point I picked up the car and drove it to Shrewsbury Jeep where they diagnosed and fixed the problem (a transmission software update) in the time it took my wife and I to have lunch. Sea View was 'nice,' but I NEVER heard of a dealer turning away a customer, especially when the service is covered under the warranty. I'm glad we didn't buy at Sea View (rude salesman), and I'm certainly never brining any car there ever again. More
