The salesman was knowledgeable and patient. We did not have to play the price game with a manager behind a closed door. We got a fair price. The used car had a minor problem when we got it home. I spent over 3 hours with Howard the week before Christmas, test drove a vehicle and he made an offer to me. However, due to the impending holidays and weather, I was not able to return to him unti Christmas, test drove a vehicle and he made an offer to me. However, due to the impending holidays and weather, I was not able to return to him until mid-January, but kept in touch with him via email telling him that I was still interested. When I met with him in mid-January, the entire deal was retracted. He said he “threw away” my paperwork because he thought I was going somewhere else. Then when I reminded him of the deal, he conveniently remembered certain details and said it was never a deal. I walked out. I called the manager the next day and explained the situation. Howard then called me back. Was nasty, unprofessional and told me he did not care if he had me or my friends, family or business colleagues business. I would never recommend this dealership and will never return there. They are dishonest, rude and untrustworthy. They will give you one deal and then when the papers come, everything changes – based upon “your credit score” (i.e., like buying your old vehicle – what does your credit score have to do with buying your vehicle??). They are horrible. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!! More

Fred is a KIND and polite professional! He went out of his way to help me when I came in to service my Jeep. He even went as far as buying me lunch while I was waiting for my car to be serviced. I have had numerous issues after purchasing a certified jeep wrangler in May and have been in service a handful of times in less than 6 months.
