The service advisors were extremely helpful finding the tire I needed in stock and making sure that it was repaired replaced the very next day, even though I did not have an appointment. We had had a tire blowout on the turnpike and had the vehicle towed to the dealership late at night. The service advisor called first thing in the morning to inform me that the car was there they had my key , They knew what the issue was and had my tire reserved for me and would get my car fixed that day. Very helpful and friendly work was done properly . I could not have asked for a better outcome. More

Do NOT buy from Seaview CDJR. We went there to purchase a Jeep and drove an hour away to only be presented with a scam ‘mandatory $5,000 markup’ from MSRP. We know this bs. He claimed it was because he had the lowest inventory in the state. We also know this is bs. His lot is FULL of new Jeeps. I saw other dealerships with a lot less new inventory of Jeeps. Then he offered me $2500 less. So, if he can offer 2,500 less then he is fos. You pay money off MSRP not on. It is not 2021 where inventory is low. Stop scamming people. Jeep corporate is dissatisfied with your practice and will be in contact sooner than later. Totally unethical. Glad I took a video and pics. More

Took my 2015 Chrysler Town & Country in for the 100,000 mile service plus some other issues. They did a great job with that. Less than 2 weeks later the engine was leaking coolant all over the engine. I ca mile service plus some other issues. They did a great job with that. Less than 2 weeks later the engine was leaking coolant all over the engine. I called Monday 8/15 late in the afternoon and described the issue. They said bring it in Tuesday morning. We dropped it off at 7:50 AM. They called me less than 2 hours later. They said the thermostat was bad. They said they should have picked that up 2 weeks ago but did not. They replaced the thermostat and topped off the coolant at no charge to me!! That is as good as customer service gets! Thank you Maria and the Service Team at Seaview. They even washed the car again before we picked it up. WOW! More
traded in a 8000 mile denali sierra for a 20 ram loaded. happy as xxxx they worked that out for me easily and quickly the reason for 2 stars is they hassled me after the sale for weeks about a contract f happy as xxxx they worked that out for me easily and quickly the reason for 2 stars is they hassled me after the sale for weeks about a contract for the denali stating they would charge me back $1000 if they didnt get it i have the text messages. then my temp tag expired and i wasnt told mynplates came in. at time of purchase i asked them to just fedex me them sincr im never in the area. then in typical NJ business fashion salesman texted me that i never asked him to mail. if i didnt inquire about them id never know they were in. so now i cannot drive my vehicle until i can figure out how to get there without my truck. wonderful. as usual GET EVERYTHING IM WRITING because theyll deny deny deny. msg me for photo of txt msgs if needed the after care is terrible. only goodnpoint was the ease of thr sales process. not 100pct bad at least More
