They will keep on xxxxxxx $$ from you. My problem started with an ABS light for which they claimed there were 3 sensors that went bad at same time, then the ABS computer and now the hub also went bad. Brought a car for scheduled service, the woman at the service reception was rude and obnoxious. Stike one.We were told that they could not honor the appointment. Strike two. I called the Owner, he would service reception was rude and obnoxious. Stike one.We were told that they could not honor the appointment. Strike two. I called the Owner, he would not return my call. He had the General Manager call me. Strike three. To add insult to injury, both the General Manager and the owner would not return my repeated calls. I bought two cars here in the past. Never again. I can't imagine how these people remain in business with such a poor attitude and outright insulting rudeness. More

I contacted this dealership for service in July 2012 and the service manager asked for my contact information since the computer system was down. Needless to say, I'm still waiting. In order to give this dealership the benefit of the doubt, I contacted them again inquiring about purchasing a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I entered all the necessary information on the website and no call or follow up! This dealership is unhelpful and does not follow up with potential customers. I would recommend World Jeep in Shrewbury before stepping foot on this lot! More
Bought a ram 1500 march 2012. Driven 6,400 miles so far and love the truck. Great handling in snow, didn't even need the four wheel drive. Going in tomorrow for my second oil change. I went to Seaview after leaving Buhler Jeep, at the suggestion of a friend. We met with JT and told him exactly what I was looking for and what a I had to work with. Got approved for a Pre-Owned Libert suggestion of a friend. We met with JT and told him exactly what I was looking for and what a I had to work with. Got approved for a Pre-Owned Liberty, and was out the door with my new truck in abort 2 hours. Wish I could of gotten a 2nd key to go with my truck, but its all good. More
I brought my 2011 Grand Cherokee for a 'check engine' light and transmission issue. The service agent said they would not be able to look at it for two days, but I left the car anyway. On the second day I got a call saying they would not be able to get to my car for two weeks, at which point I picked up the car and drove it to Shrewsbury Jeep where they diagnosed and fixed the problem (a transmission software update) in the time it took my wife and I to have lunch. Sea View was 'nice,' but I NEVER heard of a dealer turning away a customer, especially when the service is covered under the warranty. I'm glad we didn't buy at Sea View (rude salesman), and I'm certainly never brining any car there ever again. More
After a bad experience at Freehold Jeep we went to Seaview Jeep. Upon entering the showroom Tyler the sales manager greeted us and sat us down at his desk. With in 10 minutes he answered all of our qu Seaview Jeep. Upon entering the showroom Tyler the sales manager greeted us and sat us down at his desk. With in 10 minutes he answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns. Kevin, the general sales manager was able to beat Freehold Jeeps interest rate and payment. Everyone at this dealership is professional. They treat you with the utmost of respect and they value your time. We were in and out with in a couple hours with a brand new vehicle at the payment we wanted and a better rate. I recommend this dealer to anyone who wants to be treated with respect and get a good deal. We will be back to purchase again. Thanks guys!!! More
