We have 2 issues that have not really been resolved. The rear defroster doesn't work but the testing showed it was fine. The car acceleration is delayed but we were told that particular model Kia Optima The rear defroster doesn't work but the testing showed it was fine. The car is under warranty and it felt like the Service team was overwhelmed with work and was avoiding dealing with the issues. More
