I went into the Schaumburg Kia to test drive a couple cars, and Joanna was the first one to greet me. She was very knowledgeable about the cars and when she didn't know something, she would find out imm cars, and Joanna was the first one to greet me. She was never pushy, just gave me all my options and gave me all the time I needed to make a decision. I got a great deal on my Kia Optima, and absolutely love it. Chis (the finance guy) simplified all my options and explained everything in detail. I can't say enough about the customer service at Kia Schaumburg, they truly define excellent customer service. Most dealers forget or ignore you as soon as you drive off the lot, but not here. Joanna even gave me her direct line. I will definitely make my next car purchase at Schaumburg Kia! More

I ask him about the optima SX and the first one he took me to was exactly what we wanted. we took the car for a test drive and got back to work out a deal, Willie was more than willing to help me out and made us feel very comfortable about the transaction. We had a while where we were going to leave when we were not talking to Willie. but just as we were leaving, Willie worked out the terms that we finally did settle on, after it was all said and done. we are very happy that we stopped and that Willie was working that day he treated us fair and was not pushy. i strongly recommend stopping here if you are in the market for a KIA. and if he is available defiantly ask for Willie.
