Ridiculous I received a Roadloans approval. I had interest in a particular car. Upon going, I was told that the car had too many issues and could not be sold. I I received a Roadloans approval. I had interest in a particular car. Upon going, I was told that the car had too many issues and could not be sold. I test drove a newer one - fully explaining the situation that I was in. I gave full disclosure about my trade in with a full payoff amount. Naturally, the salesman wanted me to fill out a credit app "to get me a better rate." I agreed - big mistake. Soon, he asked if it was absolutely necessary to factor in the trade in. No, I would love to carry insurance and make payments on a car that I do not need! (Sarcasm) Then, the finance manager came out and explained to me as if I were a child exactly why they could not trade it in when I already explained that I had no down payment, and my wife could not get onto the loan. I reiterate, I gave full disclosure of my situation. This was a complete waste of time. Thanks for nothing. Stay Away! More

Zak was extremely helpful and took the time to show me multiple vehicles even though I told him I was not in a position to do anything that day. I was just looking to help my son. My son went the following day to look at and drive the vehicle we had decided might be a good choice and once again, Zak took the time to show him multiple vehicles. I went in that evening and although I had a commitment that even a d not time to finalize anything, Zak and his managers took the time to work the numbers knowing I would not buy that evening. I really appreciate the fact that they were not being push at all. My son and I bought the car the next day. Great work by the entire sales team. A big thanks to all the guys that helped. Zak, Ryan, Curt and Giovanni made thus a great experience and I will DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone looking. More

He was up front with showing us cars that were within our budget and was quick to negotiate and meet the price we were wanting to pay. He was professional, fun to work with, and straight-forward with us. I would definitely work with their sales staff again in the future. Their finance member was also very helpful and gave us sound advice on how to keep our warranty and what to avoid while using the car, and did not push us one way or the other with things. Overall great experience and look forward to working with them in the future. More
