The worst telephone and follow up I've ever dealt with I have been trying to receive my used car that I've purchased around 2 months ago back. I have been calling your dealership for around 8 or 9 days ago I have been trying to receive my used car that I've purchased around 2 months ago back. I have been calling your dealership for around 8 or 9 days ago when I dropped it off. Yesterday I called Schaumburg dealership and they tried to transfer me to repairs ( I've already explained to her the situation). She promised she would call me back---the next day after not receiving a phone call back I called again (explained) everything all over again and she transferred me to repairs again, after 22 minutes on hold she came back on the phone and said there is only one repair person and if I could call back tomorrow. I pretty much told her how angry I was and I wanted to speak with whoever was in charge----She actually told me to come in tomorrow and speak with the manager or anyone else who would listen, I explained my car was sent out and she stated if I'm there they would go get it. I truly have never been treated like this for such a high ticket purchase. More

Discretionary billing-overcharged for Labor! Saturday,the Service tech Peter, told me I needed to replace the Left and Right Tierod, Only the left one was defective. The inspection took one hour, Saturday,the Service tech Peter, told me I needed to replace the Left and Right Tierod, Only the left one was defective. The inspection took one hour, the repair took another hour, I was charged $280.00 labor. I disputed the charge, I was not reimbursed! The Service manager said the charge for inspection was justified because I was there for 2hours total. I disagreed with his logic, I shouldn't be charged for waiting. But, what makes the matter worst... their Operations Manager Kurt told me, Peter instructed two mechanics to work on my car, it took 1 hour to complete the work, and both mechanics have to be paid for the one hour job. I called my creditcard company and the States Attorney. More

Thruout my ownership of the car that I purchased brand new at this location I was trying to raise issues I thought should be addressed like: problematic glitchy radio that had to be reset every other week until it broke for no reason after 36k warranty expired, horrible grinding noise that started soon after the brake job done, mentioned few times-again nothing done until it was due for another brake job & recenty my braking point, car engine/exhoust developed a noise that is clearly hearable from both inside and outside when accelerating from the stop especialy when it’s still cold- again nothing there, no noise. Their best mechanic that works on those every day can’t hear what my wife pointed out to me! „nothing’s wrong with the car” is not the same as „ we don’t know what’s wrong with the car” These guys can’t even take a wheel of without making damage! I was promised life time carwashes- car is being power washed and wiped down with a smelly/dirty regs The shadyness doesn’t stop there & onestly I don’t think it ever does! I asked for previous service records- didn’t get them, asked for rotors measument before going ahead with brake job & it was the only time where I didn’t get one Waiting time for anything 2+ hours It’s just ridiculous. Kia service review Not so sure. Brought my Kia in for oil change and recall and lurching of the car. Only oil change was done. Was told a part was needed in re: to Not so sure. Waited patiently a week and then called and no one knew what part. Since waiting a week, had to wait longer for appt. and lurching to be fixed. Was concerned about safety of driving car with lurching. It was resolved, however, I have an uneasy feeling of returning for service. I never had any problem before this time. Don, Service Mgr, was very apologetic, however, still unsure of coming back. More
Service on my Kia Soul I have no complaint about the way I have been treated and how my car has been cared for, for almost 6 years but recently because of management change, I have no complaint about the way I have been treated and how my car has been cared for, for almost 6 years but recently because of management change, the Service i receive , as far as far as call back regarding my car has been quite disappointing. I drop my car off there, get shuttle, and was told someone will call me to let me know my car is done or let me know when it will be done. Twice that I have been there this couple of weeks I had to call 3 times and no call back, phone operator just gets my number and that's it. I had to get a ride from my work to the dealer after 8 hrs to find out my car was done a long time ago. The second time, I had to walk 30 min because this time I had no ride getting back, no one called me back; and then I get there and car's been done for a while already. What if it was raining.... or snow? I was pretty frustrated when I got there. I do not blame the people at Service because they are short handed. But I believe if there were someone else aside from Service to answer phones for them and find out status of car or let customers know car ready; at least until the that section is fully staff, that would benefit customers and them. That is the only complaints I have recently. More

Ridiculous I received a Roadloans approval. I had interest in a particular car. Upon going, I was told that the car had too many issues and could not be sold. I I received a Roadloans approval. I had interest in a particular car. Upon going, I was told that the car had too many issues and could not be sold. I test drove a newer one - fully explaining the situation that I was in. I gave full disclosure about my trade in with a full payoff amount. Naturally, the salesman wanted me to fill out a credit app "to get me a better rate." I agreed - big mistake. Soon, he asked if it was absolutely necessary to factor in the trade in. No, I would love to carry insurance and make payments on a car that I do not need! (Sarcasm) Then, the finance manager came out and explained to me as if I were a child exactly why they could not trade it in when I already explained that I had no down payment, and my wife could not get onto the loan. I reiterate, I gave full disclosure of my situation. This was a complete waste of time. Thanks for nothing. Stay Away! More
