Didn't honor a $15 coupon after I spent $200 I wasnt feeling well but didn't want to cancel a second appointment so I went in anyway to get my battery checked. I was told I needed a new one, which I immediately purchased. There was no car wash available. Upon returning home I realized that not only did I not get the usual paperwork for my files, but I forgot to hand in my discount coupon for $15 off any service. I had it with me but no one asked, which they always used to in the past, and as mentioned I wasn't feeling well and just forgot. I called them immediately regarding the $15 and the needed paperwork but could only leave a message . I left two more messages during the next few days, but no one returned my calls. I was finally able to talk to my representative about it, and he said it was too late because the coupon had to be presented at time of service and his manager would not approve it. I purchased my car from them and have been a long-time customer, so I was surprised that they were so rigid. I probably paid more than I needed to for the battery as well. Lesson learned: I have now purchased the two tires I needed from another dealer. Not only did I save money by going to a competitor, the competitor washed my car. My car is 7 years old but I will think twice before purchasing another one from this dealer, sorry to say. More
