Anthony frank great guy I walked in insecure, not knowing if I was going to be able to get a long needed car for my uber job. Anthony greeted me and made me feel at home..he I walked in insecure, not knowing if I was going to be able to get a long needed car for my uber job. Anthony greeted me and made me feel at home..he offered me some coffe and freshly made pop corn. After listening to my concerns, He worked very hard in trying to get me financed. It wasn't easy but I felt like Anthony had my back. He made me feel like family and he literally went up to bat for me. He was able to get me financed,somthing that other dealers weren't able to do. And Anthony wasn't even the sales guy he was one of the managers, he was there from beginning to end. So thank you for having some one like Anthony frank working for you at Bob Roarman Kia in Schaumburg. He was a great guy. More

Recall check Tony in the service department was amazing! Not what I expected when I come to a dealership for recall work. As a women i don’t expect a service man t Tony in the service department was amazing! Not what I expected when I come to a dealership for recall work. As a women i don’t expect a service man to talk to me like I know what I’m talking about. But it was Quite the opposite with Tony. He was kind and quick and explained everything they would be doing to my sons car. Not only to me but to my son as well. Tony kept in contact with me throughout the service process and called with the time the vehicle would be ready. My car was ready ON TIME and running great. Thank you Tony More

Tony is personable, but car service wasn't great I want to be clear, Tony (service manager) was very personable and a nice guy, and has nothing to do with this review, as I know the issues I have did I want to be clear, Tony (service manager) was very personable and a nice guy, and has nothing to do with this review, as I know the issues I have didn't stem from him. I will list the issues I had with service below 1. Oil changes/service records aren't linked into other Kia Dealerships 2. The shift lock plastic piece and the trim around my gear stick were somewhat scratched after my old change 3. The service sticker on my window recommends I change my oil again in 3000 miles, but a full synthetic oil change should last 5000-7000k miles. So now I'm wondering if the mechanic put the right type of oil in my car (and what I paid for) 4. I have some cosmetic damage to my driver side rear-view mirror (does not affect function), and I was quote ~$600 to repair it, which is way too costly (not sure how much control the dealership has over this cost, of course) 5. I opted out of the texts after getting my service, yet I still got ANOTHER text. I wasn't going to write a review initially, but the amount of texts I received regarding this aggravated me enough that I felt I should share my experience 6. My wife paid $40 for her last oil change at Schaumberg Kia, whereas I was charged $80 (both Full Synthetic). I should have negotiated I guess, but I my wife didn't tell me what she paid until after the fact. I don't like feeling like I'm getting ripped off. Please feel free to contact me with further questions regarding my visit. Unfortunately, I will likely just go to the Berwyn Kia, which is much closer to my house. I went to Schaumberg (an extra 20 minute drive), because Berwyn Kia isn't great, but it's certainly no worse that the experience I had with your service center. More
Excellent Service Department I took my KIA Soul to be serviced on January 24. Since I had fractured my right leg in four places and was using a cane, I asked the service person if I took my KIA Soul to be serviced on January 24. Since I had fractured my right leg in four places and was using a cane, I asked the service person if my car could be brought inside the building when finished. He agreed to do that and told me the car wouldn't be finished for an hour or an hour and a half. However, not only was the car brought inside but it was finished in less than an hour! What fantastic service! Thanks! This is my second KIA. I am a repeat buyer mainly because of the service department and also the professional sales team. More
