I am very picky when it comes to Dealerships and I will drive the distance to have my car serviced. Im my personal experience customer service is high on my list and Savage BMW is my #1 choice. Robert Ibarra is my service advisor and he is the reason why I go to Savage BMW for my service of my 2006 BMW. He is somebody I trust and I would recommend Robert for all your vehicle sevice needs. My commute is 1 hour to Savage but again the customer experience is what brings me back. Thank you Savage BMW and Robert for taking care of my investment. Savage BMW has consistently provided excellent service for my E39 M5 for the past 8 years. For example, I took the car in for an oil leak 2 weeks ago. Gabriel Lopez checked me in, gave me a price quote for my E39 M5 for the past 8 years. For example, I took the car in for an oil leak 2 weeks ago. Gabriel Lopez checked me in, gave me a price quote and then kept me informed of progress each step of the way including a short delay when o-rings had to be ordered from Germany. The repairs were performed completely but Savage BMW went one step further. I keep my car as clean as possible and Gabriel (and Savage) saw to it that ALL traces of oil were removed from the upper and lower portions of the engine. Even the undercarriage was wiped clean!! When I picked up the car the paperwork was ready and complete and a discount that I qualified for was already applied so the overall price was less than the quoted price. I have always received friendly customer service from the entire staff at Savage BMW including the clerical staff, the service personnel and even the shuttle drivers. I have recommended Savage BMW to other BMW owners that I know and will continue to do so in the future. More

We have a 2002 330 sedan and a 2006 550 sedan which we bought from Savage BMW and service there as well. We schedule our service appointments for routine maintenance and other service needs with our serv bought from Savage BMW and service there as well. We schedule our service appointments for routine maintenance and other service needs with our service advisor Remy via email. We drop the car off and drive away with a courtesy loaner, come back when the car work is done and washed and be on our happy way home. Savage BMW is providing us the excellent service we expect from a luxury car maker. This dealership is highly recommended to everyone! More
I bought my 2003 BMW M3 at Riverside BMW but the commute to Riverside was too far from Rancho Cucamonga so I have been happily servicing my car at Savage BMW in Ontario. They provide me with a courtesy vehicle (my brother knows everyone there) and repairs are done at a very reasonable price now that my car is out of its original warranty. Every time that i needed to have maintanence performed on my car they were very prompt about scheduling an appointment for me as well as ensuring that i was provided with a loaner car, as not to inconvinience me. Every level of Savage BMW consists of employees who are willing to go the extra mile to provide the best car buying/owning experience that they can. Had an exciting time with my 2008 M3 on the way home from a trip on 23 November 09. On the way home from Lancaster, Calif, I took a cute shortcut on a very deserted, no cell phone signal road.When trying to a trip on 23 November 09. On the way home from Lancaster, Calif, I took a cute shortcut on a very deserted, no cell phone signal road.When trying to pass truck, the “Service Engine Soon” light came on. Then a bit later, the DSC Failure message came on, followed by the Brake light, Reduced Engine Power, and other exciting messages on the navigation screen. And still no cell phone signal. When I did have a cell phone signal, I called Jim Straley at Savage BMW. I described the problem, he told me what he thought is was and to comes in ASAP. I limped back 50+ miles to Savage BMW. They loaned me a car and went to work on it. The car had a failed idle control module and was fixed by Wed, 23 Nov 09. They described in detail the failure and the fix. The fix was great, the car runs great. A great experience. More
