We just purchased our 2nd BMW from SAVAGE and could not be more thrilled with the service. Diego handled everything fast and smooth. Again, I could not be more thrilled with their service. Few days ago, I took my 328i in for scheduled oil change. After 8 hours long driving from North California, a rate had been cut in thousands of pieces, stuck in the fan, the odor of decay comes out when start engine. I was helped by Paul Brewer and Kipp Hutcheson. It took Kipp approx. 2-3 hours to clean rodent from the fan ( the temperature is over 95 degrees) and check the system thoroughly to ensure nothing had be gnawed and need to be fixed to factory recommended standard any more. I husband told me his friend went though the same manner, paid $500-600 for labor fee in an auto body shop just for clean; Savage BMW could leave it to me, they are not responsible for cleaned rodent; however they take it. Further more, my car have been washed in detail professionally,those bugs stuck in the front were so viscosity that could hardly been get rid of even though a "golden car wash"are missing. Crystal Clear. Everything seems like normal; yet their one in a thousand management is absolutely remarkable. They are beyond 10 stars, the best of the best. SAVAGE BMW is extremely reliable! Over the years, I have dealt with many dealers and service advisors. I must clearly say that Robert Ibarra is the BEST service advisor I have ever had. Outstanding - I would give 10 Stars if I could! It is no wonder this is the highest rated BMW dealership in Southern California. The staff at Savage was unbelievable. Everyone was friendly, knowledgable, organized, and made you feel like everything was taken care of. I will only purchase from Savage moving forward. Also, I live far from Ontario, but after settling all the paperwork they detailed my car and hand delivered it to me! This is service you will not find from another dealership. I was speechless. The sales advisor even walked me through every button and set up my phone and navigation presets. It has now been a few months and I could not be more pleased with their follow-up and friendly staff. Bad dealer. Avoid at all cost. They told me to come by so I can order the new X3 and they would honor competitor price. I did drive 20 minutes to dealership only to be told, the person who was in charge alre I can order the new X3 and they would honor competitor price. In the end, they told me, they wouldn't be able to honor competitor price. They wanted to sell at MSRP. They wasted my time. More

The first time I brought in my car I had a great experience with Paul, he called me every day with updates numerous times about what was going on with my car. The second time I had to bring in t experience with Paul, he called me every day with updates numerous times about what was going on with my car. The second time I had to bring in the car I was placed with Caesar. I had a simple brake issue that should have been resolved in a day. After having the car for 6 hours I called BMW around 5pm wondering what was going on, Caesar re-assured me that he did not forget to call and they were just finishing up my car and they would call me right back THAT NIGHT when I could pick it up. I waited by the phone for 3 hours with no phone call. I call BMW and turns out the service department was now closed and Caesar left for the day and didn't bother calling me to tell me not to wait by my phone. Fine, I let it go. Come the next day, NO phone call from BMW....AT ALL. What is going on over here?!? This is ridiculous. I intentionally did not call to see if he would call me, and he didn't. We took our 530I for service last Friday, October 15, 2010. Expecting that it was due for a complete service (the servise indicator lit), we were told that we need to leave the car overnight and we were 2010. Expecting that it was due for a complete service (the servise indicator lit), we were told that we need to leave the car overnight and we were going to be provided a loaner. The service advisor, Robert Ibarra, informed us that the car was not due for all the service that we thought was needed. After he found out that we drove 25 miles one way, he explained to us that he think it would be more to our advantage to just wait for the car the same day. He conferred with his mechanic and he advised us that we would be better off waiting for it. True enough, we left the place at the time he told us and we did not have to comeback the following day. Saved us time, gas and most of all we were able to spend our weekend the way we always do - relaxing. More
Robert has always made the service to my vehical a priority. Always followed up on calls and questions. Went out of the way to keep me happy while car was in service with courtesy cars.
