Crooks and Liars Took car in for 60,000 mile service. Right after I dropped it off, I got phone calls, texts and emails that my car needed an IMMEDIATE $2000.00 worth Took car in for 60,000 mile service. Right after I dropped it off, I got phone calls, texts and emails that my car needed an IMMEDIATE $2000.00 worth of repairs which now the law says the dealership has to let the customer have the right to decline. (example: back brakes hitting metal against metal. I took my car to a local mechanic afterwards and he said I had a year left on my rear brake pads). This was on top of the $744.00 I paid for an oil change, new front wipers (back wiper extra), rotate tires (which were not properly inflated) adding washer fluid and adding some other BS fluid. That's all they did under the guise of the big deal $60,000 mile check up. When I picked up the car there was an awful chemical stench in the cabin which I can't get rid of. Sansone Mazda will not own up to this. More

He was very professional, clear/no games, gave me straight answers and only made promises that he could deliver. Arriving at the dealership I was pleasantly surprised to see my car ready, fully detailed and wrapped like a Christmas present (please see picture attached) - that was certainly above and beyond what I was expecting even before I set my foot inside the dealership. I was greeted by Donald Kinsey who explained all futures of the car to my wife and I than insisted we take it for test drive and test every future to make sure that everything works and we knew how to use them. Every promise was delivered upon 100%. All the numbers were exactly as agreed upon. I asked for a few extras and was offered more than a fair deal within minutes. There were no games, no cheap shows many dealers like to play. Even their finance manager Rick was quick, to the point and no pressure. All paper work was done in two minutes - I know hard to believe but they did. And to top it all off they ordered us good lunch while we waited for the extras. My wife loves her new Mazda and we both very much appreciate an outstanding service from Sansone's Mazda Steve, Donald and Rick. I will be recommending Sansone Mazda to my friends and family. Friendly , flexible and quick sales experience ! I recently leased my car from Sansone Mazda. The sales person Jason I interacted with was more like a sales adviser ( definitely not the unsolicited k I recently leased my car from Sansone Mazda. The sales person Jason I interacted with was more like a sales adviser ( definitely not the unsolicited kind) , he was pretty affable / friendly to interact with unlike the pushy car sales persons we are so familiar with. The follow thru , answering questions related to the technicals of the car , settings etc. he was more than forthcoming. Service folks whom I interacted briefly to get my plates fitted were quick and friendly. Anyway would give my 5 star rating to the direct line employees. More

I'm one of those people who do their shopping via email and i I was in the market for a new vehicle and decided to go with the 2018 Mazda CX-5 GT/AWD. I'm one of those people who do their shopping via email and internet contact (don't have enough time to physically visit dealerships) and had the pleasure of dealing with Jason Nicastro of Sansone Mazda in Avenel, NJ. Jason not only gave me an awesome deal (out of 8 dealerships that I contacted) but he sent me pictures of the vehicle and a personalized video which as a consumer, made me feel special. Sansone was 45 from my home and at the very last minute a dealership close to my home decided to match his deal. My decision to not go with Jason was very difficult because he was so attentive and genuine that I felt bad.
