Jason Nicastro I was in the market for a new vehicle and decided to go with the 2018 Mazda CX-5 GT/AWD. I'm one of those people who do their shopping via email and i I was in the market for a new vehicle and decided to go with the 2018 Mazda CX-5 GT/AWD. I'm one of those people who do their shopping via email and internet contact (don't have enough time to physically visit dealerships) and had the pleasure of dealing with Jason Nicastro of Sansone Mazda in Avenel, NJ. Jason not only gave me an awesome deal (out of 8 dealerships that I contacted) but he sent me pictures of the vehicle and a personalized video which as a consumer, made me feel special. Sansone was 45 from my home and at the very last minute a dealership close to my home decided to match his deal. My decision to not go with Jason was very difficult because he was so attentive and genuine that I felt bad. If there is anyone out there looking for a new car, Jason is your guy, you will not be disappointed. Thank you Jason for everything. More

nothing but aggravation we were looking at a mazda for a new car, trying to get information from sansone because it is closest to us. one person woukd telk me one thing, the we were looking at a mazda for a new car, trying to get information from sansone because it is closest to us. one person woukd telk me one thing, the other woukd tell me it wasn't true. i was sent a price on a car and never recieved a response email after asking for additional info. my husband bought a mazda from this dealership years ago and it was a terrible experience; after hours of negotiating and finally agreeing on a price, the paperwork didn't have the agreed upon price. we went this past weekend and spoke to a woman who was the door greeter, asked about incentives, and she told us, there are no incentives and the price is what it is because "Mazda is comparable to Audi". HA! she obviously didn't want our business, we didn't even make it in the door. we ended up leaving and buying a brand new car from another dealership that day. an audi is comparable to an audi. a mazda is a mazda. but hey, my new car has a Porsche engine, so with sansone's logic i can say my car is comparable to a porsche, right lady? More

Happy and Proud I went into Sansone Mazda after being at several dealers and my enthusiasm for finding a car pretty much diminished. I walked into Sansone Mazda and all my enthusiasm returned, the atmosphere of the whole place put me at ease and all my questions were answered. I found myself in a Mazda CX-5 Sport and I knew before the test drive that it was the car I wanted to drive away in. After I was finished with the test drive I was greeted by GM Steve Sansone. He was super polite and assured me that they would do everything they could to allow me to drive off in the car I wanted. He was true to his word and not long after we spoke I was driving home in my new car. I will be returning to Sansone Mazda for my future cars and will be recommending them to anyone looking for a new car. More
