I took my vehicle on September 7th. I was told it was the AC compressor and hose that combusted and that they would have the parts by the following week. That did not happen. I was told that all of the parts came in except for the hose. I was then told last week that the hose Was found at another dealership but when someone went to pick it up it had been sold. I was then told last week on Friday, September 16 that the hose was scheduled to be there on Monday afternoon (September 19th) and that the technician would have it done Monday night. Monday came and no call and then Tuesday and no call. Today makes two weeks that the car has been there and the communication has been terrible. My fiancé showed up today to Sansone Jeep to speak to the service manager who was then told that the technician working on getting the part for my car ended up in the hospital which is horrible and they have been working on his tickets. He was unsure what was going on with my car. This just seems completely unacceptable because I do understand there are emergencies and I hope that he is OK however at the end of the day I have no way of getting anywhere and no idea when my car will be fixed. It is really upsetting and stressful to feel like there is no end in sight and my car won’t be fixed anytime soon. I feel like I have been let on with how long this was going to take and just so frustrated with the service. I honestly cannot believe that it has been two weeks and the car is still sitting there with nothing done. My fiancé spoke to the service manager today whose name is Nick and He was told that I would get a call sometime today with an update on the part and what time frame I would be looking at but I am not sure that I can really trust what I am being told at this point. More
Fantasy service. I was told to bring my car in right away and I was given a loaner car right away. Kristina super kind and helpful. I came in before my schedule time frame and she took me right in. I needed a ride and she offered me a Uber to the location I needed. She knew I was I came in before my schedule time frame and she took me right in. I needed a ride and she offered me a Uber to the location I needed. She knew I was in a hurry so once the vehicle was ready she let me know. And once I got to the dealership she handed me the keys and said she would email me the paperwork and that I was good to go being that the maintenance was covered under warranty. And to my surprise a few minutes later I received the email with all my paperwork. 5 stars to Kristina and kuddos to jeep for hiring her. She’s the example of the perfect customer satisfaction experience. I’ll deff keep coming back for the VIP treatment! More
Left my Jeep for two days to get a diagnosis that I was charged $150 for. They stated my rear brakes were bad for a noise that isn't really affected by braking. Service department was great, scheduling am appointment was easy, service reps kept me in the loop & up to date with the progress of my truck!!!!
