So Jeep made an appointment for me to go in, because the HOOD on my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited, has Rust, which I have come to learn is a KNOWN issue, because they wanted to push the warrant work to " HOOD on my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited, has Rust, which I have come to learn is a KNOWN issue, because they wanted to push the warrant work to "THEIR SHOP". not a Chrysler Jeep Shop, no, a Sansone shop, the Tried to "PATCH" not "REPAIR" the problem, they wanted to just put chemical on rust, insuring it would return, right after Corrosion Warranty expires. Because I said I wanted to deal with an authorized and certified Body Shop, they PURPOSELY NEVER sent the photos and claim to Jeep Chrysler, so that I would get SCREWED out of warranty, I had to call Chrysler 5 times just to get them to send over the images. The best part when I gave up, and said they could do the work, they couldnt get me a loaner; a rental; or an APPOINTMENT even? instead I guess I should have taken the bus for 4 days. Terrible, to bog for their own good. More

Missing screw to my new coil pack. Luckily I had the old coil pack with the original screw. The other two coil packs partially pull up with extremely lose screws. Vehicle cranked for three seconds before starting. Broke bracket off of air intake manifold. Did not tighten clamp on the air intake manifold to the throttle body. Drove by everyday for a week and vehicle was outside in parking lot. I called to get status every other day and I was told mechanic is working on it in the shop. Requested additional key fob got it but now the keyless entry does not work and it has to go back to the dealership for diagnostic. More

Called a week ago about a Jeep and spoke with Jerry in Jeep sales who claimed he would call me back with trade value which never happened. Called him back the next week and Jerry claimed he never spoke to Jeep sales who claimed he would call me back with trade value which never happened. Called him back the next week and Jerry claimed he never spoke to me and they lowballed the trade. I then told him take trade out of deal and get me bill of sale with a total and I’ll bring a cashiers check. Was told it’s their managers policy not to give out of state customers any final prices. They’re doing this to add fees on your total after you drive 2 hours there thinking you won’t leave without a car. I was then told the jeep was sold yet it is still advertised on their site. They’re playing the bait and switch game with awful customer service and is unacceptable. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else with your money because this place does not deserve it. Took my business elsewhere and had a better experience with no games. More
