I took my truck to receive some minor repairs today and the service was once again amazing and fast. The employees are very helpful and they make you feel so welcomed. My truck has left with the same issues it had and more. Spoke to service manager and he was rude with a cocky attitude. Did not even call me back after stating he would to inform me of a reimbursement. Had Spoke to service manager and he was rude with a cocky attitude. Had to reach out to my service advisor and she told me I would not be getting reimbursed for the alignment I did not need to do but got stuck paying for. Transmission still having same issues after Sansone worked on it, Tires still balding on outside due to front end issue even after Sansone worked on it, suspension still squeaking after Sansone worked on it, After Sansone completed alignment steering wheel is not straight at all slanted to the left, and After Sansone completed all work now I am having more issues with front suspension along with, when turning right steering system making noise and my headlights flickering after they worked on truck. Reached out to Ram and they are also doing nothing for me nor reaching back out to follow up and try and fix the issue just like Sansone. Sent multiple emails to the RAM customer care agent and no response. Spoke to her manager as well and was supposed to get a call back and nothing. RAM as a whole company needs to step up and take care of the Customer the proper way. Not by not answering and praying things blow over. Also another note my vehicle was in shop for a month and I did not get offered a loaner car till 4 days before work was completed and was told it would have to be back withing 4 days anyway. Wasting my time as usual. More

I ordered a specific part from my vehicle front axle and I had to wait for it about a week when I went to pick it up I told him we could put it on.
