I’ve asked three different people over the past week and I called the number with your extension directly only to have a go to voicemail. Every time I’ve tried to speak to you about this issue in line with your terrible customer service. Still haven’t heard from you. I’m taking my business to a different dealership could not even get a part number from your parts department was recycled through the system to three different people and eventually it was hung up on can’t make it up.!!!! After I complained about the grease on my Jeep buzz detailed the jeep only to have my 15$ Jeep magnet disappear that no one has called me back about? Still waiting for your call??? Ask Heather or Buzz or the other manager who I spoke to today. They should know me by now I call couple days a week looking for help.

Still haven’t resolved issue with service department, issue is persistent. Going to another dealer to fix and haven’t heard from service manager. I will continue to tell you go else where. This dealer gives zero respect to its customers and I have to go to different place to have their mistake fixed. Don’t trust them !!
