I receive emails prompting me to schedule a service when in fact I recently completed a service - no connection between your email promos and what your customers actually schedule (and spend) for service. It’s also impossible to schedule a service appointment online. There are no custom fields to explain what your car’s issues are. The service department is also booked out for so many weeks I can’t imagine how people would be able to get their car serviced by you in a timely fashion when they have a serious issue. I have never once received a coupon over email that I can actually use, despite spending thousands of dollars with SD on service over the years. In summary, you have great people working there and the quality of service I receive is great but your CRM software is antiquated and I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s negatively impacting your business. More

This has not been the smoothest car buying experience. I've had to sign the lease papers twice, there was damage to the car that needed to be repaired (tear in leather and paint chip) and bring the car I've had to sign the lease papers twice, there was damage to the car that needed to be repaired (tear in leather and paint chip) and bring the car back, and now there was confusion around buying out the lease and will need to sign the paper work a second time. Lots of back and forth on logistics for all of this stuff including confusion on pricing that took way too many communications to get a clear price. Pricing should be very clear and I shouldn't have to push to get things in writing versus it just being said out loud. More
