I began my search for a new Honda CR-V with a review of prices from Honda and comparative resources such as Edmunds.com. The price was very competitive - lower than other comparisons. My wife stopped at the dealer, mett with Akex Magnan who had answered the inquiry, confirmed color and took a test drive. We confirmed the deal and proceeded to purchase. At all times, the service and answers were direct and timely. We were changing registration from out of state with an out of state registration which required title from the state dept of motor vehicles. This could have caused a hitch but with the paperwork in place Saccucci proceeded with the process. Everything went off without a hitch, including a friendly call that registration was in and ready to go. The sale, closing and delivery were all direct smooth and fast. Gardiner would reply to my emails even if I sent them late in the evening. Once, during the time when I was comparison shopping for the prices, I sent an email at about 10 PM and got a reply back by 1015PM the same night. I wonder if Gardiner ever sleeps. My final transaction of paying was over the phone and he was prompt, courteous and very helpful. Even after my purchase, when I had questions, he was equally prompt in replying that speaks very very highly of this dealership. Of course, their prices are the most competitive. More

I began my search with an internet inquiry, was responded to immediately and went on to meet Alex, review the vehicle and how it fits my needs. Alex had a great command of the many features of the Pilot vehicle and shared them with me, and offered a great price for the LX AWD vehicle I was looking for. I had such a good experience and am so impressed with the Pilot my daughter and son-in-law will be looking for one later in the year. And they'll be going to Saccucci Honda and asking for Alex ! More

I purchased the Honda Care Service Contract for my 2012 Pilot from Gardiner Reynolds at Sacucci Honda. Purchased the Pilot in MT, live in WA, and bought the contract at cost over the Internet. No problem Pilot from Gardiner Reynolds at Sacucci Honda. Purchased the Pilot in MT, live in WA, and bought the contract at cost over the Internet. No problems. This truly is the easiest and least expensive way to buy this contract. Does not matter where you live or where you purchased your Honda. When I purchased my Honda in MT, I showed them the Sacucci price and gave them the opportunity to match it. They declined because they said the Sacucci price was at cost and they needed to make a profit on selling the contract. More

Awesome service. We purchased a new vehicle from a dealer in California and we got the standard hard sell on an extended warranty. Our local dealer wanted an outrageous amount initially and 'pretended' to ne in California and we got the standard hard sell on an extended warranty. Our local dealer wanted an outrageous amount initially and 'pretended' to negotiate down to their 'cost'. They atarted at close to $3000 and willing to give it to me at their cost +50 for $1570. I saved over $500 with Saccucci and that was adding 2 more years and 12,000 more miles to the warranty. I would recommend them in a heart beat I am extremely happy. More
I purchased a 2012 Honda Odyssey in another state and was about to contact that dealer's financial representative the next day to buy a 7-year/100,000-mile Honda Care extended warranty/contract for $1,995 (a about to contact that dealer's financial representative the next day to buy a 7-year/100,000-mile Honda Care extended warranty/contract for $1,995 (another option offered was 7-years/75,000 miles for $1,395). Before making that call, I decided to check out other dealers on the internet that might sell the same policy for less. Saccucci Honda's name kept popping up so I contacted them and another one that also appeared to have a good reputation. Saccucci's Gardiner Reynolds immediately e-mailed me an easy-to-read chart showing several plans (years/miles/deductibles of either zero or $100) and instructions how to buy if I wished. To say the least, I was impressed with the cost savings and no pushy sales pitch. I talked with Gardiner on the phone and very quickly purchased the 8-year/120,000-mile/Zero deductible plan I preferred for $1,295. This is for an additional year and an additional 20,000 miles, for a $700 savings over what I was offered by the financial representative where I purchased my Odyssey. My experience was so completely positive that I am pleased to recommend Gardiner Reynolds and Saccucci Honda if someone is considering purchasing a Honda Care extended warranty/contract. But other than that, before I contacted them, I was so impressed with the history of their family in the automobile business and their high business values that I wanted to do business with them. I'm glad I did. More

They also told us that we wouldn't be able to buy the warranty elsewhere and if we wanted it we had to purchase it at the same time we bought the car. We ended up taking this warranty purely to get a better deal on the vehicle price, extras, financing and the amount we could put on a credit card. Fortunately I knew I could cancel this later but didn't realize that Honda Care themselves wanted me to go back to the original dealer and get the manager's signature on the cancellation document. Clearly this would not be a pleasent experience. Saccucci Honda to the rescue. I asked for a quote online and got quoted a grand less than our local dealers supposed 'at cost' price. But it gets better. Saccucci Honda cancelled our existing contract with a mere click of the mouse and I purchased the exact same extended warranty hassle free for a thousand bucks less using my credit card. In this way I could keep all the incentives from the original dealer that I would have had to negotiate forever for and got an extended warranty for a much more reasonable price. I am extremely happy. More
