I had been hunting for a Honday Odyssey and had exchanged several calls and emails with Alex Magnan prior to coming down. We recently had our 3rd child and Saccucci was about a 45 min ride for us. I explained I what I wanted and Alex had the truck ready for me when I arrived and also had his team ready to appraise my truck for trade in so the wait was minimal. So far off to a great start. I made the mistake of taking my wife which means the 2007 we were looking at quickly turned to the 2010 model. Alex shot me a price (BTW I feel they are priced fairly aggressively with their vehicles) We negotiated a bit and managed to come to a number that worked. Then the financing piece began with Kellyann she made it pretty painless which is great considering I didnt want a payment at all (remember I brought the wife). I got a great rate and we moved the paperwork along quickly. They re conditioned the car and filled my tank up. Also included a protection on the inside and outside of the vehicle for 7 yrs at the 3yr price. Everyone we came across was bright an cheery and overall I got a great vibe. I have been in sales for over 12 years and was both impressed and happy with everything they did and offered. Saccucci also offers the Saccucci advantage which includes free keys and remotes for the 1st yr as well as oil changes for the 1st yr. If you are looking to buy new or used Saccucci is the place!!! I bought out my 2010 Honda Pilot Touring at the end of my 3 year lease from my local dealer in NY. The mileage was only 22112. I told the dealer I would think about it and begun to do research when I came across Saccucci Honda who was offering the same package for $855 + $50 surcharge for the mileage. I went back to my dealer who now offered me their rock bottom employee discounted price of $1295, and said I had to buy it from only them and that any other dealer would be ripping me off. I contacted Gardiner who advised me I was being lied to by my dealer and that I should check out Saccucci's reputation before proceeding. Well, I did just that and read all the excellent reviews. So I proceeded to purchase my Honda Care package from Saccucci. The process was very simple and straightforward, and Gardiner was very clear on what I was getting and what to expect. I am still waiting for my official Honda Care welcome package from Amartican Honda (could take up to 6 weeks), but I am very satisfied with the ease of Purchase and the clarity of what to expect. I would highly recommend Saccucci and Gardiner Reynolds to anyone that is looking at purchasing Honda Care. More
I have been a happy and grateful Saccucci customer since I bought my Civic in 2006 from Buck Manning. Recently I had an accident and immediately turned to Saccucci for help. They were all wonderful. They immediately inspected my car, arranged for a loaner car and contacted the insurance company. I brought the car to Saccucci because I felt that they would be most familiar with all the little things and would not miss anything that was not as it should be. Therre are many fine auto body shops, but I felt in better hands with a dealership that specialized in my car. And then the service. I wish I could find a doctor as competent and friendly as Tom Blade and his staff. They inspected, they repaired, they replaced, they painted. Wow, the car looks and runs as good as the day that I bought it. And always friendly. When I called checking on progress they were very "up front". No "call back tomorrow", they said "your car will be here at least a week, maybe Friday, but most likely next week". It was important to be able to schedule with good data. And they had provided a loaner, so patience was easy. I have recommended Saccucci to friends before and will continue to recommend them in the future. More

I am a long time Honda customer, dating back to the 80's. I did that via the internet and within two days, had several quotes, the lowest by Succucci. I needed to move fast as neighbors were buying my car and wanted to complete the transaction July 4th. When I came unannounced to the show room on a Wednesday morning, Alex Magnan who had provided the quote was not in that morning. However, another Alex (Nance) stepped in and answered my myriad questions and also guided me through a test drive, using the rear view camera and other new features. The car was ready two days later, when I met Alex Magnan, who was extremely gracious about my working with both of them. He completed the final paperwork, set up my bluetooth and other features I needed right away and invited me to email him if I had any questions along the way. I was thrilled that I bought my car from Saccucci- they have taken wonderful care of my prior car and of me and I look forward to a long relationship with them. More

This is my second extended warranty purchase from Saccucci Honda. I live in Memphis and they are in Rhode Island and you cant find better prices or service on honda care anywhere else in the states! Gardiner is fast with his email quote and even faster getting it processed. They were EASILY 500.00 cheaper than my local dealer who was 'cutting me the biggest deal of his life'. If i buy another honda, my extended warranty will come from Gardiner and Saccucci! More
