I essentially bought my Honda over the phone thanks to the excellent customer service from Gayle Testa. I explained the options/color I was looking for and Gayle secured the vehicle from another dealer who had it in stock. I had arranged financing independently so I asked the business manager to send along the final costs breakdown ahead of time for my personal review. I did not receive a response but everything was in good order on the day of the sale. After getting the CRV home, I noticed a discoloration on the leather seating. I immediately called Gayle and she handled my questions with ease. Given the distance from the dealership, we both agreed to wait until plates arrived to have the seat inspected which was very convenient and a relief. The Saccucci service team resolved the issue the same day I picked up the plates. Overall, it's been a positive experience with both the dealership and the CRV. More
