All the staff were approachable and professional and the team work style they used was very unique, it seemed as if they all knew what was going on with one anothers customers and transactions. I am a repeat customer at Saccucci Honda. I purchased my first Honda in 2009 and was so impressed by their friendly, no-nonsense approach to selling cars, that I went back in 2013. I contacted Alex Magnan, first Honda in 2009 and was so impressed by their friendly, no-nonsense approach to selling cars, that I went back in 2013. I contacted Alex Magnan, the internet sales manager, in December 2012. I made an appointment to drive a Honda Accord. I told him that I was shopping around and that I would not be purchasing a car until spring. We took the car for a test drive and he explained the different features of the car. He respected my timetable for purchasing a car and did or said nothing to make me feel pressured to buy on the spot. In March 2013, once I completed my research, I returned with my family to test drive the Accord again. This time I told him that we would be purchasing a vehicle within two weeks. Again, there was absolutely no pressure. He e-mailed me a quote for the vehicle that I was interested in with everything spelled out. On the day that I returned to close the deal, he took the time to review everything with me again and he answered all my questions. Bill Schmidt, a former high school student of mine, prepared the paperwork and we closed the deal for the exact price that was quoted. Again, there were no tricks or nonsense. Bill asked me if I was interested in an extended warranty, paint protection, etc. When I told him that I wasn't interested in any of these things, that was the end of it. I highly recommend Saccucci Honda to anyone in the RI or Southeast Massachusetts area and especially Alex and Bill. More

I'm thankful that his business, Saccucci Honda, fought Honda Corporate to be able to continue to sell vehicle service contracts online. Most other dealers don't have the guts to stand up for the consumer. They'd rather you come in to their dealership and pick your pockets, than give you a reasonable price on an extended warranty. The internet is good business. If Corporate Honda has good sense they'll thank Saccucci Honda for bringing business to them, that they would otherwise not get (because if I had to pay what a lot of other dealers charge for vehicle service contracts I'll not buy one). Keep up the good work, Gardiner, and Saccucci Honda. I think you are a GREAT man and dealership to do business with!!!!!!! More
