This is the first stress-free car purchase that I’ve experienced, and from start to finish, the process was seamless. Initially, I received three dealership quotes via the Internet, and I decided to purchase through Saccucci after speaking with Internet Sales Consultant, Barbara Azevedo. She was a delight, very pleasant, and had only my best interests at the forefront. I discussed what I was seeking in a car, and I did some negotiating. During this time, Barbara was so patient, and not once were high-pressure sales tactics employed. Gary Rubin assisted me with the final paperwork once the car was ready. He was very helpful and ensured that I was satisfied with my purchase. Kudos also to the finance department...sorry, I forgot the name of the individual from finance who assisted me. Bottom line…love the car, great experience, helpful staff - Barbara's the best, awesome price and finance rate. I highly recommend purchasing your next car at Saccucci. More

I contacted them via the internet to get a price on a car that I wanted which they had in stock. Their first price was lower than all the other larger dealers and the other dealers were tacking on things after the fact (Destination fee not included in price/0.9 financing not available on a price "That Low", even though it was a Honda incentive on that car), causing me to feel extremely frustrated and not purchase a Honda all together. Before making a switch to a different car maker, i contacted Saccucci. I worked with Barbara over the phone and via text message which was so convenient for me as I didn't have to miss any time out of work to negotiate the deal. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and she was upfront about all the costs/fees. We negotiated the deal very quickly and they were able to have the car ready for me that night. I'm a bit of a nerd and made a spreadsheet with all the cost of car, cost of fees, my down payment and the monthly cost based on how much i was financing. When I got into the office, every number matched up and there were absolutely no surprises. I went in to test drive/view the car and close the deal. I worked with Gary on this and he was great to work with. The car was cleaned up and ready to go. We even got talking about our love of dogs and showed each other pictures. Kellyann was also fantastic. We were in there kind of late in the day, and were running later than expected. That was not an issue for them and they got the deal done to make sure I was able to drive out with the car right there. All together, I had an excellent experience working with Saccucci. I would recommend them for anyone who is looking for a hassle free car buying experience! More

On 8/8/15, Gardiner Reynolds of Saccucci Honda emailed me confirming that my contract had been ordered. All the while, I received other emails simply keeping me informed of the progress of my order. In Mr. Reynold's email to me on 8/8/15, he stated "our business model is designed to eliminate much of the hassle traditionally associated with extended warranty sales. Hopefully, I have lived up to my promise which was to deliver you with a simple, honest, and hassle free purchase experience." From Sales Representatives Barbara Azevedo and Dylan DaCruz, to deal makers like Mike Meyer and the guy (a Saccucci himself?) who even went and dug up some EZ-Pass velcro adhesives on his way home, to Alex Magnan the GM, this entire organization made the entire visit pleasant every step of the way. In our search for that perfect car, we had worked with one Lexus dealership, one Kia dealership, one Hyundai dealership, three Toyota dealerships, and eleven Honda dealerships, and the Saccucci bunch proved to be in a different class altogether than the rest. We were looking for a needle in a haystack and needed an aggressive bargain on top of that. They were beyond helpful and truly bent over backwards to get the deal done with us.
