Honda Care After I purchased a Honda CR-V from my dealer, they quoted me a Honda Care price of over $2,000 for 5 years. I did some research on the internet and After I purchased a Honda CR-V from my dealer, they quoted me a Honda Care price of over $2,000 for 5 years. I did some research on the internet and found that I could purchase an 8 year package for $1035. Amazing! I emailed Gardiner Reynolds at Saccucci Honda, and he quickly sent me a quote. After more searching and reflection, I got in contact with Gardiner yesterday to purchase the Honda Care. He was clear and concise with his instructions over the phone and the transaction was completed in about 5 minutes. Today, he emailed me the contracts and I am now registered with Honda. In addition, I had two questions that he answered immediately via email as well. I found Gardiner to be extremely professional, very knowledgeable, and prompt with the entire business transaction. If only all my purchases went as smooth! Thanks to Gardiner, my CR-V is covered for the next 8 years at a fantastic price! More

Salesman spent virtually no time explaining features of the car and said we should "get to know the owners manual". In addition, they try to sell you additional warranties and other features at the closing. If they had provided advance notice of the programs AND their pricing was more in line, then we likely would have purchased some of the services. For example, they quoted $1600 for a 7 year Honda Care warranty which we declined. But, we ended up looking online for other dealers who offered the Honda Care warranty and was able to get an 8 year Honda Care Warranty for $1300 (check out Hyannis). Interestingly, when researching the Honda Care warranties online, Saccucci was mentioned as a dealer who offered very competitive pricing on warranties similar to Hyannis. But apparently, Saccucci has more competitive pricing for people who purchase their warranty online versus their actual customers in the dealership. Overall, the price for the vehicle was good. But, the service and overall dealership experience in closing the purchase was highly negative. More

Trade in value of my 2009 Honda Accord, however, became an issue due to a peculiar spidering of the painted surfaces of the Accord. Following review of photos, and of the physical vehicle, the representative from Honda Corporate, agreed that the problem was a Corporate responsibility and the trade in value was adjusted accordingly. Although it took approximately one week for the review process, the CR-V that I wanted to purchase was retained at Saccucci and I was able to complete the trade and take delivery immediately following the review. I was very pleased with the overall process. I feel like a kid in this new Honda CR-V. More
