Made an appointment for Oil Change and tire rotation. Was quoted 29.95 for the oil change and 24.95 for the tire rotation. On the final bill i was charged an additional $8.24 for "Shop Supplies" I que Was quoted 29.95 for the oil change and 24.95 for the tire rotation. On the final bill i was charged an additional $8.24 for "Shop Supplies" I questioned WHAT SHOP SUPPLIES? He couldn't answer and went on to say "Everyone one in Wisconsin does it!" What sort of answer is that? I told him my Indiana dealer certainly doesn't charge this. In addition I had to rummage in my billfold for enough cash to pay the inflated bill as they are charging 3.5% for use of a credit card!!!!! I will never use Russ Darrow again, second bad experience while I have been up here for short periods Having another dealer to compare thhis outfit with certainly highlighted the service and rip offs... Saw that there was a Camry TRD on sale and reached out to them immediately. Next morning they reached out back to me and said it was available. The GM quoted me MSRP on the car and I immediately put down a them immediately. Next morning they reached out back to me and said it was available. In and out of there in no time on the day of buying the car. Danny, Ralph, and Matt were great to work with. Didn't get to meet Danny in person but Ralph and Matt were awesome to talk to casually when there was down time. Definitely worth the 45 minute drive. 5 stars to all three of them. More

Updated to my original review. The beginning experiences with this dealer were a little shaky. Basically I was under the impression my son was going to be given a verbally agreed The beginning experiences with this dealer were a little shaky. Basically I was under the impression my son was going to be given a verbally agreed upon deal. I personally spoke to the sales person before he gave a deposit for a vehicle he wanted to order. I was shocked by the deal while we were in the finance office and put back a little bit by what my son thought was the deal vs what it actually was. We ended up taking the car because we felt our hands were tied in todays market but was not happy and expressed it via reviews and emails. The right person reached out and we had a very nice discussion. This person took the time out of his day to talk to my son and I about the situation. Knowing the truth is in the middle but also understanding perception from the customers point of view needs to be addressed. He listed to our story and offered us our original requested starting point as we felt it was requested (Which was basically MSRP for a built on the website order and the maintenance package.) This completely tuned the situation around and do feel like they handled it in a way I was not expecting. Thank you so much for listening and working with us to earn my respect. Rob Arneson More

Awful dealership, wont sell you car unless you finance thru them and argue with you about the interest rate that you can have from your own bank vs what they can come up with and i want the only there at thru them and argue with you about the interest rate that you can have from your own bank vs what they can come up with and i want the only there at that time that they argue with about how we should spend our own money and where! Car that i test drove was purely inspected with issues as well! How do they inspect these and expect to get 30 or 40k for it? At this point i am starting to wonder if its even legal for a dealership to tell me that the only way to purchase a vehicle from them is to finance through them? More
