2 hours for an oil change? I went in to my car’s dealership as usual to get what the sign says a “quick” oil change. I’m used to waiting longer there than a Jiffy Lube, but afte I went in to my car’s dealership as usual to get what the sign says a “quick” oil change. I’m used to waiting longer there than a Jiffy Lube, but after an hour and a half and everyone come and gone, I finally checked. They looked at me as if I was from Mars and went to check. Seems I needed a recall software update and the mechanic kept being interrupted and no one kept me informed. In order to get out of there I had to forego the car wash and vacuum...but I was charged the same. Life is too short for that. More

Courtesy car wash I really like the people and service I get but the courtesy car wash needs to go or be upgraded. Flat tire probz Got a flat tire unexpectedly and Bryan got me in right away!
