First oil change on my new truck! Came in for my first oil change on my 19 Ram, Bryan the service advisor was very professional, courteous, and expedient while checking my vehicle in. Oil change and inspection was done in 20 minutes, and Bryan went thru the inspection form with me even tho it's a new truck and probably didn't need an inspection. But I thought just showed a higher lvl of service than a few other dealers in a have been to. More

I found them on the internet, scheduled an appointment, and within just a few minutes, I had my appointment and a response from someone verifying my appointment. They took the time to read my message and decided to place an order for a part that might be needed. The comment from the dealer was to try and complete the needed service in one visit. When I arrived, the staff took care of me right away. The part that was ordered was needed. So a good thing the part was ordered. Shipping had not arrived yet, so we needed to pick the service back up in a few hours. When I returned a short time later, the service work was done, and I was on my way in less than an hour. I really appreciate the efforts of this service team. Like I said, top-notch service. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Wait times Went for a simple oil change and waited for over an hour for it to be completed. That was after the employee told me they weren’t busy and they would take it right back.... while the waiting room is nice and had drinks and popcorn, it would have been nice to know it would take that long. Re-establish the phone connection I previously owned a Jeep Liberty, which I drove for ten years and truly enjoyed. When I decided to upgrade, the Liberty had been discontinued and rep I previously owned a Jeep Liberty, which I drove for ten years and truly enjoyed. When I decided to upgrade, the Liberty had been discontinued and replaced with the Renegade. Because the Renegade was best suited for what I wanted the vehicle for, I purchased it. My recent visit was because my phone connection was completely disabled. I was on the east side so stopped in to see if it could be re-connected. The service dept. was busy, so suggested I try one of the Salesmen for assistance. Michael was available and offered to assist me. He was very personable and efficient and was able to re-connect the phone. I was on my way in about 15 minutes, give or take. More

Cost was less then quoted I took our minivan in for an oil change, at that time they also quoted a couple repairs ( hoses that showed wear ). We decided to hold off on the rep I took our minivan in for an oil change, at that time they also quoted a couple repairs ( hoses that showed wear ). We decided to hold off on the repairs at that time. 6 months later took it back in for another oil change and to get the repairs done. The price ended up being less then I was quoted. Chris in service said the repairs went smoother then expected. That is honesty ! More
Poor Communication I received No call to let me know status of vehicle even 5 hr after told it would be done.
