When I have needed service they were very prompt in providing maintenance and repairs. I have not had any issues with any repairs made. The problem was always solved. My service agent has generally been Chris Ziegler and he has bent over backwards to be helpful: however, I have had others help when he was not available and they also were helpful as well. What I have found to not always be true in other service departments was simply the fact that they did not listen carefully when I presented them with a problem.
