alyson mohr is always friendly when I bring my vehicle in for service. If I have concerns she listens to what I am trying to describe what I feel may be a problem. Overall all a generally good experience. Very helpful sales representatives, with friendly and caring management. Their service center on the other hand, I would not hold in nearly as high r Very helpful sales representatives, with friendly and caring management. Their service center on the other hand, I would not hold in nearly as high regard. Communication with the service center was lackluster and service has generally been slow. I had to argue with a representative to get them to fix a part they damaged during a service, which thankfully the manager made sure to get covered. When I did finally get my vehicle back, the technician left the cover for my undercarriage in the back of my vehicle without reattaching it. More
