Chris did a great job of making sure the vehicle was taken care of. The brakes are great, can tell a noticeable difference in driving quality since all his recommendations were done. Customer service rep was very rude, had an appt showed up an hour early, said I was leaving and never told me if I leave I go to and of line, vehicle was not completed until almost two hours after my appt.
