Everything went as expected from a Toyota dealer. Service was quick and properly explained. One issue was the glovebox door was not put properly in place after the cabin air filter check. Kadin Harrison is the most kind, gracious and helpful employee I’ve encountered since I purchased my Toyota Hybrid in 2013. I’m 71 years old and there was NO water available and few snacks.
