Service was awesome! Came in for an oil change. They told me i had a recall, and they could do it that day! No further appt needed. On top of that, they washed the car! Gr Came in for an oil change. Nice surprise I was a little worried when I read other reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised. The woman at the service desk was very friendly as well as the woman that checked me out. In the service dept. mike was great! He still took me even though I was 30 mins late for my appt. I needed new tires on top of my oil change. I didn’t realize that he stayed open later for me😳 everyone in that dept did. 🤗 I had great service and I thought mike and everyone else was friendly, professional and kind. More

Ive owned a few different vehicles and because of this dealership and their service team i will forever own a kia. Thanks to chris i recieved the upmost SPECTACULAR service ive had in years, very respectable gentleman, extremely knowledgeable about my issues in my car and how to explain them to me without it sounding like a foreign language. Alot of advisors just want you in and out and cant seem to grasp that not everyone understands vehicles and how to fix them. He politely explained it so i understood and the techs at this shop work amazingly fast and had my car fixed and back to me in a record amount of time. The dealership overall as a whole runs very smoothly, its a clean, well run establishment. I recommend anyone and everyone service their kias here. Ask for chris or mike, as they have both done extremely well by me. More

Customer service is awful. I was promised a loaner car twice for the day as I was due for my free yearly car detail, that came with my purchase. I went in the day scheduled and I was promised a loaner car twice for the day as I was due for my free yearly car detail, that came with my purchase. I went in the day scheduled and the customer service twit looked at me as if I was crazy..he rolled his eyes and rudely said there was nothing written for an loaner for the day, even though I called prior to and was promised a car for the day. I rescehduled and again was assured there would be a car waiting for my use. I arrived and they had to call for a loaner car from a rental company. Who then had to drive me to their rental company to sign a contract and I had to put a deposit down on the car. This was never told to me by Kia..they made me believe that they were renting the car in their name and the car would be ready for my use when I arrived. Customer service is awful and they don't seem to care. My free service turned out to be more of a hassle on my end then it should have been. I have always praised and spoke highly of the attention and and service provided to me, but unfortunately this has changed. Will have to look elsewhere. The service manager , Mike doesn't care about the complaint or about customer satisfaction. tells me to call him next time for service .for what..he and his employees are unprofessional and discourteous and do not care about the customer. More
Second Bad Experience My husband and I have been leasing and financing cars thru Route 6 for many years. When Darlene was Service Manager and Judy was there, we had absolut My husband and I have been leasing and financing cars thru Route 6 for many years. When Darlene was Service Manager and Judy was there, we had absolutely NO issues WHATSOEVER. However, since Mike came we have had nothing but problems. Between setting up appts, waiting excessively, and installing parts, he is terrible.. Very unreliable, pricey, and all around horrible. I will continue to purchase vehicles from this dealership but will no longer service them there due to Mike in service. More

Multiple problems, No solution I am leasing a 2017 forte and have been nothing but disappointed thus far. I have had multiple problems that caused me to go in for service. It's been in for these problems at least 5 times in the 6 months that I've had it. When I asked for a solution to these continuous issues other than just fixing the problem for another month to go by and lead to another problem, nobody could give me an answer. The service manager Mike treated me like a child and talked down to me. When I requested to speak to the general manager Mark, he did not get back to me. We have yet to speak after 2 days of initial request to speak and playing phone tag. The receptionist are also rude and unfriendly. More
