Overall awful service I've been hearing on the radio the advertisement for credit amnesty and no money down during tax time for route 6 automall kia. So I went down to chec I've been hearing on the radio the advertisement for credit amnesty and no money down during tax time for route 6 automall kia. So I went down to check it out and see what they could do, since Im still currently building my credit score. After arriving, we asked the salesman (John) about the credit amnesty that we have heard so many times, well he flat out said that they use that to get people in the door and they would need to check our credit before we do anything. Okay fine.. get the credit check and get declined, they said that since Im still building credit I would need a cosigner or would not be able to get anything. The credit amnesty was all a lie. So after having my mom cosign for me and having to put down $1,000. We finally test a couple cars and find one that I absolutely love. So after signing paperwork, we go into the business managers office and talk about the date it will be ready. This is on a Saturday around 430pm. I was told by the business manager and the salesman that it would be all set to go on the Monday morning. Okay, that works, so I go and drop off my trade in and am told that it would be ready the next day Tuesday. Come back the next day, (1 hour ride to to get there for me) and am forced to sit there for 2 hours waiting for an answer when it will be ready. Of course in that time I'm sitting at the salesmans desk while he goes in and out of the office the whole time. He refused to give me a time estimate for the car claiming that it was my fault and I had gotten confused by the time it would be ready. So I leave after being treated like my sale isn't worth their time. Come back the next day Wednesday. This time I bring my mom with me who had co-signed. The first words out of the salesmans mouth upon seeing us "do I know you ladies" then laughs and says to me "oh you brought the pit bull with you today". We instantly go to talk to the manager instead of the salesman who has been talking down to us this whole time. He pretty much blows us off and tells us that it will be ready when it's ready. So after coming back day after day and sitting there waiting we finally get the car and leave. When we do leave, we have to go down the street to a gas station to get the inspection sticker that of course they didn't do after we paid them to. After an inspection sticker was done, we start to get in the car and get ready to drive home, and the check engine light comes on. It had no coolant left in the car AT ALL. If I had driven back home, the engine would have blown on me! And they had supposedly done an oil change before we left the dealership. Overall terrible experience, never again will I ever be going to route six kia in Swansea. More

I just purchased a brand new 20 Route 6 Auto Mall Kia 1/26/2018 Hello Everyone ! It’s time to write a review on my latest car buying venture. I just purchased a brand new 2018 Kia Forte EX, from Route 6 Auto Mall Kia, located at 49 GAR Highway, Swansea, Massachusetts. My Salesman was Nicholas Sousa. Nicholas Sousa is a wonderful Salesman. Nick was very accommodating. I took to Nicholas and his warm and honest personality immediately. Despite having easy access to competing Kia Dealerships right next to my house, Nicks personality and honestly had me sold when I met him the very first time. Therefore, I very much wanted to do business with him. We discussed the color I wanted. We discussed available rebates . My color choices were Silky Silver, and Aurora Black Pearl Metallic. My first choice of color was Silky Silver. Nicholas told me he had several Forte Sedans in stock, but, he did not have any Aurora Black Pearl EX Models in stock. Therefore, I got lucky, that, of which, being Silky Silver, was the color I wanted, in the Forte EX Model I wanted. The Vehicle I purchased was a 2018 Kia Forte EX, with the 2.0 Liter, DOHC, Gasoline Direct Injected Engine, Producing 164 Horsepower and 154 Lb Ft of Torque. My car was also equipped with Kia’s superb 6 Speed Automatic Transmission. My car had n MSRP of $21,700. I got $2000 in rebates, an extended, 6 year, 100,000 mile, Bumper to Bumper warranty. In addition, Kia offers 5 year, 60,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty; 5 year, 100,000 mile limited warranty against rust corrosion and perforation; 10 year, 100,000 mile warranty on the engine and drive train. In addition, Kia also offers, 5 years, 60,000 mile, 24/7 Roadside Assistance. When its time for service, or warranty work, Route 6 Auto Mall Kia, offers complimentary shuttle and loaner car service. I can't say enough about my 2018 Kia Forte EX. What a GREAT CAR ! What an Exceptional Value this vehicle offers. My car has perforated Leather Interior; Heated Seats; 7.2 Touchscreen interface, with Apple car play and Android Auto. Heated exterior Mirrors; rear cross path detection alert; Lane Keep assist, with with Lane collision warning, and adaptive cruise control. In addition, my car also has automatic smart trunk. Everyone at the Dealership was courteous, warm and professional. I can't say enough about Nicholas Sousa. He's not only a good, honest Salesman. He's a great person, with the upmost integrity. These personality traits all shine through in the first five minutes after talking to Nicholas. His professionalism, and salesmanship shine through with such refined brilliance . I'm very happy to have become a part of Route 6 Auto Mall Kia. I’m more grateful to know Nicholas Sousa. He’s just an all around great guy. The Finance Manager, Rob Collins was also totally awesome, and got me great financing with the best interest rate. Rob was also honest and forthright right from the beginning. We discussed what my needs were in a vehicle and what I could afford. Rob Collins, also gave full disclosure about all warranty specifics and details. I have to say, my purchase experience at Route 6 Auto Mall Kia, was the best car buying experience of my life. It was stress free, hassle free, NO PRESSURE, NO NONSENSE, NO BS. ! 😊I strongly recommend Route 6 Auto Mall Kia, not only because KIA is building a really fine automobile, amongst the best out there, but a dealership, that offers the Best Sales experience in the business. Trust me, I’ve got many dealerships to compare it to. I’ve bought 30 brand new cars since 1989. Route 6 Auto Mall Kia is sheer EXCELLENCE, especially, being a High Volume Dealership. Fantastic customer service I had to get a new tire for my Kia Optima the customer service was excellent. The garage is clean the gentleman who waited on me and who worked on the car were pleasant and friendly. While I waited I tried out their massage chairs. The chairs are very relaxing. You get a massage from your calves all the way up to your neck and head. When my car was finished I had to wrap up my registration with the salesman Gerry Benoit. Buying a new car I went hoping to come home with a new car with one of there promotions "credit Amnesty" only to be at the dealership for over 4 hrs as my salesman wor I went hoping to come home with a new car with one of there promotions "credit Amnesty" only to be at the dealership for over 4 hrs as my salesman worked with 4 couples at the same time only to be told "we will call you tomorrow on the approval status" safe to say no vehicle.
