I saw a car advertised at the dealership online. I went to the dealership with that car in mind and the budget I could afford. The salesman and the manager worked the numbers with me and I was very happy w to the dealership with that car in mind and the budget I could afford. Me and my wife took the drive from Smithfield RI to Somerset because of the advertising we saw on tv. The salesman was very good, but I dont want to mention his name and get into trouble. The environment felt uneasy when we sat down and the Managers were at the front desk making lewd and obscene jokes. Wouldn't mind if I was alone , but there was also another family in there. The salesman kept going back and forth with the manager who kept making snide remarks. He eventually came over and not only insulted us but basically said that we were stupid, and then the other manager at the desk blurted something like sekana in another language. Wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy. More
For first time buyers I was expecting to leave the car lot paying thousands more and exhausted and stressed. HOWEVER, I left Route 6 Auto Mall exactly the opposite so I was pleasantly surprised! Dave was our expert Kia dealer and helped us leave with a brand new Soul that we could afford, plus helped us add some perks for thousands less! Sound too good to be true? Not at all! In fact the entire staff was very friendly and made us feel more like family. We felt very comfortable throughout the entire buying process and were even offered drinks and snacks and with Dave's great eye contact and sense o humor we were put at ease. I have heard rumors about other dealerships and even have family in this type of business so I expected to be surrounded by vultures and wake up with buyers remorse. NOT HERE! You will not leave disappointed or short changed, you will leave with confidence and joy, trust me: There is no other place to go, you will not regret your car buying experience or lifetime of service at Route 6!!!
