I had such an excellent experience last week buying my new 2013 Subaru Crosstrek and trading in my 2003 Subaru Baja. Besides their kind, "un-pushy" and professional manner, what really made me want to do new 2013 Subaru Crosstrek and trading in my 2003 Subaru Baja. I had taken great care of my Baja and they valued the care I gave it rather than just pulling up some number off of Kelly Blue Book or Edmunds. I highly recommend going here for any Subaru purchase. It's real simple; shopping for a car can be a confusing and unpleasant experience. This unpleasantry is something you can sense the minute you drive up to certain dealerships; it's hard to find p confusing and unpleasant experience. This unpleasantry is something you can sense the minute you drive up to certain dealerships; it's hard to find parking because there are cars everywhere due to the dealer running out of space and you can't see the sign that says "customer parking" because it was old or damaged or just not there any longer because no one cares. Then you are swarmed by several large bellied, underpaid, unhappy salespeople who were trained to pressure the xxxx out of you and who are being monitored every step of the way to make sure you can't leave the building without seeing a manager who applies even more pressure. The smell of cigarette smoke and bad breath caps this overall abysmal and unfortunately customary experience. The opposite is true at Subaru 46. When you arrive you park in the spacious and clean customer parking area right next to the front entrance (where it ought to be) and then you are greeted by a warm and friendly receptionist who does not apply the pressure ever. The building is clean, brilliantly designed, well lit, comfortable in every way and very inviting. You almost want to hang out and chat with the staff just to kill a few hours. There's a great place to sit and watch TV if you have to wait for someone or take a conference call (which is what i end up doing). I was approached by Victor the sales person who was extremely knowledgeable and honest with me at all times. Victor can be a sr. manager at IBM. He is very bright and entertaining but most of all he is a good person and really cares. I bought this car for my Mom who lived 45 miles away. Victor drove it to her home and returned with the trade in and always made us feel this was what he loved to do. My experience was capped off by Mauro and Anthony who clearly love what they do as well as evidenced by how accommodating they are. They simply jumped through hoops professionally at all times and without pressure to assure i was extremely happy. These are great people to work with, like family. My Mom who is 86 drove the car on the first day it was delivered and instantly fell in love with it. It's a Subaru Imprezza which is clearly in a class all by itself. I recommend you buy a Subaru and I recommend you buy it here at Subaru 46. Happy driving. Jim More

Victor Desousa helped me choose a car, and worked with Anthony to find me a price I was comfortable with. They never once rushed me even though I kept them there well after closing, and they pleasantly answers all of my questions. Unlike other dealerships, they were upfront about any additional charges and the price they gave me was the price I paid. I also get free oil changes for life, can't beat that! PLEASE READ BELOW. Subaru 46 needs to stop committing fraud. This dealer has yet to pay off the amount owed on my trade in. It has negatively affected my credit. The bank continues to harass me including sending several letters and late fees. Subaru 46 management and finance refuse to personally speak with the bank, Subaru of North America corporate, or myself regarding the situation. Their voice mail boxes are all continuously full, so it is impossible to leave messages. Messages left with the front desk will not be returned. I have taken a tremendous amount of time away from work to visit the dealer and make countless phone calls (several times a day). This has been going on for months. I have been told that the GSM Michael Antonelli (whom did all the paperwork) is no longer with the company. When I tried to meet with the owner, I was told he is unreachable. Everyone else that I have spoken to just says 'we are looking into it'. This is the worst customer service I have seen. It is clear to me that they are having huge money problems and appears I am not the only customer this is happening to at Subaru 46. The business manager should be disgraced. This is unacceptable, and frankly extremely unprofessional. This is the worst car buying experience I have ever gone through. I will never buy another car again from this dealer. PLEASE READ ABOVE. Victor Desousa was very informative and very professional. He made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. He entertained us while the finances were being worked out. I have been to other dealerships that have made me feel like I will never be able to buy a car and feel like they didn't want to waste their time with me. I did NOT feel that here. Anthony Natale was very professional and treated my situation with discretion and honesty. While I waited for the paperwork to be completed my finance charge was dropped another 2 points much to my surprise. The finance manager was very helpful and understanding of my situation, I don't remember her name. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car. It was an pleasant experience! More

As for financing, we said it once to Victor and Mauro what we were looking for and when we met with Aja for financing she had 4 options already prepared & noted simply for complete understanding. There are several mentionable appealing perks to buying at Subaru 46 ... all oil changes are FREE (along w/car wash) for as long as I own the car, free loaners & THEY Subaru 46 will be PAYING my last 3 loan payments! Definitely a 5 star dealership, definitely recommend anyone who is considering a Subaru to take the time and visit this dealership. Comfortable, professional & personable. D.SAL More
I bought a Subaru Forester and traded in a Subaru Impreza on May 4. The Impreza has a loan on it that has not been paid off yet as of June 12th. I did call back and finally spoke with the controller, Joanne, who hung up on me because she couldn't provide the needed information. To date, the loan is outstanding and the bank is calling me to get payment. Subaru 46 has the car but didn't pay for it. More
