The sales team at this dealership NEEDS ALOT OF TRAINING AND WORK ON THEIR CUSTOMER RELATIONS. I purchased my first 2012 Outback from them and had a NUMBER OF PROBLEMS WITH THE CAR, they were finally taken AND WORK ON THEIR CUSTOMER RELATIONS. As someone else stated, we had a problem getting the plates for our car too. We were calling & calling and were told that they will call us when they get them. The day before they were gonna expire, we physically went to the dealership. They told us that, that the registration and plates part of the deal are taken care of by their Newton dealership. They inquired with the receptionist about the registration and plates, she said they have been there for over two weeks. The service department was not any better at that time. The NEW SERVICE ADVISOR - Joe Lailer, IS GREAT!!! We continue to deal with him for our services. I went back to them, because of their location, looking for another subaru outback. OMG, HORRABLE EXPERIENCE, EVEN WORSE THAN THE FIRST TIME AROUND. It has been 3 weeks since we called and LM with Jeffrey Petrizzo to call us back...NO RETURN PHONE CALL TO THIS DAY. We called and spoke to the Finacial person, and he said he will call us back after he "finishes with the deal he's in the middle of" AGAIN, NO RETURN CALL TO THIS DAY. Yeah, we bought elsewhere. More
Purchased new Subaru (3rd Subaru, but first time AND LAST with this dealer) on March 22. My temporary tag expired April 10, began inquiring about my tags on 4/8. Today is April 30th and I still do not have my license plates or registration. Constantly called the dealership since April 8, no one ever called me back. It was not until I indicated I was going to leave the car until my plates were in that I finally spoke with Anthony Natale on 4/25. Very poor customer service when this dealership never returned your calls after 3 weeks! Sent an email to Michael Antonelli on 4/22 with no response. Customer service is terrible appears they do not value their customers. I also traded in my 2007 Subaru WRX; unfortunately the car was never paid off and now Subaru financing indicates I am 17 days late with my car payment for a car I no longer own! Went to dealership this afternnon 4/30 - they provided me a loaner car until my plates are in (40 days and counting); also indicated payoff was lost and stop payment on old and issued a new check. Received copy of check and FedEx routing number. Joe in service was very helpful and assited in informing Anthony I wanted to speak with him. Victor also helped and indicated anytime I have problems to call him, he would be happy to assist me with anything in the future. Subaru 46 should use a different service for their license and registration, the current provider will not gain them any new or repeat business! More
After an exhausting search for a new or gently used vehicle we walked into Subaru 46. The atmosphere was welcoming and sincere, our salesman Joe Casella was so accommodating and helpful. It was a pleasant contrast to many of the situations we had experienced previously. We chose a 2010 Subaru Outback, which was priced fairly and the dealership was willing to 'certify'. It was worth the money to have the certification done. They included new tires, brakes, windshield wipers, oil and filter changes and even agreed to repair a small chip in the windshield as part of the process. We have a 12 month, 12,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty as well. Both Joe Casella and Michael Antonelli were very keen on presenting the vehicle as close to factory as possible. We didn't need financing, but Michael was very professional and thorough with whatever paperwork was required for the transaction. He seemed genuinely concerned about our overall satisfaction and making sure that everything was handled properly. Joe introduced us to the service manager, also named Joe, who was responsible for the certification of our vehicle. Everyone was very friendly and seemed truly dedicated to providing great service. We had never driven or shopped for a Subaru before, but we so thrilled with the purchase we are already talking about purchasing another in the future! We will definitely go directly to Subaru 46. Thank you guys for your exceptional service and pleasant buying experience! More
Everyone at this dealership worked very hard to put us in the car we really wanted at the price we really wanted. Even when we decided to go for it near closing time, they said come on down. Not only the Product, the 2014 Forrester, but the staff is equally SUPER. They were knowledgeable, helpful and realized and honored our needs, right down to the monthly payment. The staff: Victor and Michael were courteous and worked very diligently to secure our purchase with their dealership, which in the ended up being a wonderful deal for "us". My husband and I certainly do recommend this dealership group to anyone. ;~) GREAT job was done by all. We actually drove home that day with a vehicle right off the showroom floor! More
I walked in ready to leave with the 2013 WRX the dealership had. The receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. All sales associates were friendly and talkative. As soon as my appointment came, which was right on time, I was immediately able to test drive the car no problem. I was brought right to Jeff's desk after to discuss the situation. I was thinking about leasing the WRX, but by the end, I got such a reasonable deal I bought the car. I dealt right with the finance associate, which made the process much more smooth and relaxing. While I waited, everyone there just made the time fly and the experience was great. I highly suggest this dealership. I have never dealt with such reasonable, friendly people. More

I was greeted promptly by very nice receptionist into the dealership. She introduced me to Jeff and Anthony. they treated me with respect being and older woman i appreciated that. showed me some vehicles and dealership. My experience at Subaru 46 was excellent from the moment I walked into the dealership. This would be my second experience buying a car, and I was a little nervous because the first time was at another deale I walked into the dealership. This would be my second experience buying a car, and I was a little nervous because the first time was at another dealership and was a very stressful time. This was NOT the case this time around. Joe was extremely helpful in picking out a car that I needed, but also loved. He was very patient with all the questions I had about the models I was interested in, and I finally decided on the new crosstrek. The entire financing process was a breeze because of Anthony. He made everything so easy to understand, and treated me like I was family. I had done a lot of research on the crosstrek and the price that they gave me was unbeatable. So not only did I get a car that I love at a great price, I got a great experience to go along with it. I would definitely recommend going to this dealership if you are looking to buy a car. I love my new Subaru!! More
