He also accompanied us on the test drive and pointed out important driving features. And, he took the time to sit in the car with us and explain how many things worked throughout the vehicle - a first time experience for us as prospective buyers. We are already Subaru fans (now have two) and will definitely recommend your dealership and Steve Providoshin to others. More
Each time I have been to the dealership everyone has been extremely friendly and helpful. They thoroughly explained everything about my new car. They even set up my bluetooth and contacts. I've never had extremely friendly and helpful. They thoroughly explained everything about my new car. They even set up my bluetooth and contacts. I've never had a better experience at a dealership. They made me feel important to them. It wasn't just one person, it was everyone I spoke to. I will definitely recommend Subaru 46 to my friends, in fact I already have recommended them. More
This was easily the most pleasant, professional and overall enjoyable car buying experience my wife and I have had. We were immediately greeted by Mr. Desousa and made to feel welcome. We discussed w overall enjoyable car buying experience my wife and I have had. We were immediately greeted by Mr. Desousa and made to feel welcome. We discussed what we were looking for and our price range. Never once were showed something above what we were willing to spend or pressed to increase our price range. We received a fair amount for the vehicle we used as a trade in. The Sales Manager Mr. Bertone was equally receptive to our wants and worked with us to reach a deal we felt very comfortable with. I cannot express how incredible the level of customer service provided by all members of Subaru 46 was. If you are in the market for a new or used car as we were, you simply will not find a better dealer. More

When I arrived at Subaru 46 I was looking to purchase a used car. While at the dealership I received a call from my credit union informing me that because of (incorrect) info on my credit report, I wouldn used car. While at the dealership I received a call from my credit union informing me that because of (incorrect) info on my credit report, I wouldn't be approved for the loan. My salesman, Victor Desousa assured me that they would still be able to help me not only get the financing I need, but put me in a NEW car. And that they did. I'm now a proud owner of a 2013 Impreza, and I couldn't be happier. More

Saw a low mileage blue STI on their website and contacted their online customer support to ask if the car was still available. I specifically asked if that VIN# was available and the woman assured me it was their online customer support to ask if the car was still available. I specifically asked if that VIN# was available and the woman assured me it was still available and they would have it ready for me to test drive within an hour. I get to the dealership and talk to Steve (I was told to talk to him from the woman I talked with earlier). Steve told me he was sorry but that car was "just sold the day before" but they had another (white) STI that just came in and to take a look at it. Of course, that one was thousands more and they wouldn't budge on the price. I asked about the car on August 29th. I found out later from doing a carfax search, the car that was "just sold a day before" was actually sold on August 16th, almost 2 full weeks before I went! Not to mention, as of September 4th (almost 3 weeks!) the car is still listed on their website! If you want to deal with this dealership, I would suggest double or triple checking the car you're looking for is on the lot. They will obviously lie just to get you in the door. Luckily I don't live too far away so I did not waste too much of my time driving back and forth. Edit--I almost forgot. When discussing the price of the second (white) STI, Steve told me the price was higher due to the fact that the first one was not certified preowned. I argued saying I remember seeing it listed as CPO earlier that day on their website. He brought it up and sure enough CPO was no where to be found on the car's page. Now, this was a 2011 with 25k miles and no reported accidents, why wouldn't it have been CPO? Well, after doing some research the car was listed on CarFax as being Certified Pre Owned! I have no doubt in my mind Steve lied to me in order to make the more expensive white car on their lot to appear to be a better value. Absolutely disgusting. More
I had a great experience buying my 2014 Subaru Outback. From the moment I got into the dealership I was greet by Victor who in a professional manner asked me about what I was looking on a car. He truly pre From the moment I got into the dealership I was greet by Victor who in a professional manner asked me about what I was looking on a car. He truly present the product with vast knowledge and honesty. I test drove an Outback and from the moment I drove the car I felt the "connection" with the car. Three weeks later, I contacted victor who greeted me as I was part of a family member. He remembered my name, details of my previous conversation and what I was looking for on a car. On my second visit, I test drove Subaru Forrester and compare it with the Outback but I was already in "connection" with the Outback. Victor was very patient, helpful and guided me in all aspects. Being this experience my first time buying a car I got, not only a good deal, but also a professional attention. Victor was very helpful and play an important key role in my final decision. When it came to close the deal, Mr. Anthony Natale (Business Manager) was great, he explained to me all paperwork and was very patient and helpful through the process. Looking back to the other dealers I went to looking for a car, nobody could provide me the professional attention, patient and knowledge about the product as Victor did from the moment I step into the dealership. I strongly recommend this dealership to anybody that is looking for a car like I did. Thanks Victor! More
Steve Providoshin was the salesperson that helped me with my purchase of my new 2013 Impreza. He is a Subaru Sales Representative at Subaru 46, located in Budd Lake / Hackettstown, NJ. All too often, when my purchase of my new 2013 Impreza. He is a Subaru Sales Representative at Subaru 46, located in Budd Lake / Hackettstown, NJ. All too often, when one is in the process of purchasing a car, one comes across the stereotypical salesperson who just wants to get your signature on the dotted line. Never being concerned with what you, as the consumer needs' are, or your concerns'. They are the ones that are just concerned with their own needs and the sale. This was not the case with Subaru 46. Being in sales myself, I know all too well, sales is about relationships. Understanding the needs of the consumer, building trust and following through with what you are offering. It is all about negotiating terms of an agreement, so that everyone feels it's a win-win situation. I am not saying that I got the greatest deal on earth for my Subaru, but I was satisfied with the terms of the agreement and the buying process of my purchase with Subaru 46. I felt that in my case, it was a win-win situation. One should never think that a Sales Representative is just going to give you the car. It's all about negotiating a deal that everyone is satisfied with in the end. Steve started off by asking me what my needs were. Trying to understand me as the consumer was his priority. He followed through with everything and more. The team was great! Anthony (Finance Dept.), never pushed to up-sell me anything I did not need, & there were no hidden costs. Moro (Finance Dept.), thought outside the box, by making arrangements for me to drop my trade-in car to a closer location for me, in order to give me a quote on its trade in value. This helped me tremendously by not having to drive it far, since it was having engine problems. Once I agreed to the trade-in price, (Steve ~ Sales) drove 40 minutes one-way to pick me up & bring me back to the dealership in order to finalize the sale. The sales team at Subaru 46 worked like a well oiled engine, making the process smooth. More
