Great Experience! Highly Recommend I purchased my Subaru STI this past March and have had nothing but amazing experiences with everyone at Subaru 46. I've built a sort of "reputation" I purchased my Subaru STI this past March and have had nothing but amazing experiences with everyone at Subaru 46. I've built a sort of "reputation" as being the crazy/obsessive owner around the place and they always cater to my needs and exceed my expectations. The sales people worked with my needs and special ordered my vehicle. They continually kept me updated on the status and only several weeks later (approx 2 weeks earlier than expected), my vehicle arrived (without shipping wrapping materials removed as requested). The finance dept (Nicolette) was easy to work with and worked to get me a killer rate and goes above and beyond to ensure satisfaction in every function of the dealership wearing multiple hats there. The service guys (Ken) and girls (Maggie) are awesome in ensuring my meticulous needs are catered too such as not washing my vehicle at my request, marking my wheels when they are swapped for winter/summer and always get me in and out of there quickly. Mike at the parts dept has helped me a few times as well getting me parts at dealer cost and one time even hooked it up with some bagels and cream cheese they got for their service guys. All in all, other "stealerships" don't compare in terms of service, loyalty, honesty and building relationships. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase my next vehicle from 46 and plan on doing so and look forward to going there! Did I mention free regularly scheduled oil changes? More

He let me take the car out for a spin without hesitation and let me enjoy the experience. I bought it that night, but he wouldn't let me take it home until it was properly detailed to his standards. He eagerly answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. I went back a little over 2 weeks later to have him help me with a question I had about Starlink. But since he was already assisting another customer, he immediately sent Caitlin to help. She was very kind and helpful. She made sure that I completely understood the system and that I was comfortable with everything else. When other dealers usually forget about you after a sale, these people actually remember who you are and treat you like old time friends. I highly recommend this dealer and will go no where else. More

Streamline, Professional and Family Oriented I was extremely satisfied with Subaru 46. We had been to other Subaru dealerships in our area, but was not impressed with the way we were treated and I was extremely satisfied with Subaru 46. We had been to other Subaru dealerships in our area, but was not impressed with the way we were treated and the haggling that went along with their sticker price. My immediate attraction was the free car washes and free oil changes for the life of car. We drove 40 minutes to check out the dealership and their inventory and fell in love with 2016 Crosstrek. Our salesperson was Lauren Longfield and she was awesome. She knew her cars and was courteous and thoughtful throughout the entire process. It was nice to be treated like family instead of just another transaction. I would highly recommend Subaru 46. Please ask for Lauren!! -Reno More

Easiest car buying experience EVER!!! I was very happy with my experience at Subaru 46. Buying a car is has never been something that I ever looked forward too. I don't like the haggling I was very happy with my experience at Subaru 46. Buying a car is has never been something that I ever looked forward too. I don't like the haggling back and forth and dealers trying to sell you extra things you don't want or need. I always feel like I'm doing them a favor rather than vice versa. Well I can honestly say, that this was by far, the most straightforward process I've ever encountered when purchasing a vehicle. My salesperson was Victor Desousa and he was very friendly throughout the entire transaction. We had been to another dealership on our quest for a new car and they gave us some figures on a new legacy but we really were not happy there and felt the dealership was to far away. So we went to Subaru 46 and I presented Victor with some figures from the other place and I was really surprised when he not only beat the price but actually came within a few hundred dollars of the price my husband and I were kicking around. I purchased 2016 Legacy 2.5 Limited and am very happy! I also traded in my 2010 Forrester and they gave us a reasonable price for it. I loved my Forrester but I really wanted luxury this time around. And boy did I get that! I have never had such a beautiful luxurious car in my life. I am really enjoying it. We are happy! Happy with the price and happy with the service! I would highly recommend this dealership. And you can't beat free oil changes for life!!! When you go don't forget to ask for Victor!!! You won't be sorry! Linda Oeftering More
